Here's a diet chart for South Indian breastfeeding women and normal ladies:

*Morning*
- 6:00 AM: Morning walk
- 6:30 AM: Green tea
- 7:30 AM: Exercise
- 8:00 AM: Breakfast
- Cornflakes with milk
- 2 eggs
- Brown bread
- Ragi java
- Seasonal fruits

*Mid-Morning*
- 10:00 AM: Carrot, beetroot, keera, dry fruits

*Lunch*
- 12:00 PM:
- For breastfeeding women: 1 big bowl of rice, 1 small cup of sambhar, 1 small cup of rasam
- For normal ladies: 2 chapathis, 1 big bowl of curry (cit inase)

*Afternoon*
- 3:00 PM: Brown bread, veg salads

*Evening*
- 6:30 PM: Dinner
- For breastfeeding women: 1 big bowl of rice, 1 small cup of curry
- For normal ladies: 2 chapathis, 1 big bowl of curry (cit inase)
- 8:00 PM: Any one fruit

*South Indian foods included:*
- Idlis with sambhar
- Ragi java
- Sambhar
- Rasam
- Curry (with cit inase)

This diet chart includes traditional South Indian foods and is tailored to meet the nutritional needs of breastfeeding women and normal ladies.

Morning green tea ☕

One glass of milk 🥛 and half cup of muesli cornflakes

Around 11:00 one small cup of roster dry fruits

Afternoon lunch aritikaya with four slices kira and one cup of rice today evening no snacks

Night no rice 🌾 one veg roll 🥐 and some manchurya 🫕
