Exciting News! OttoMat3D has just launched their Kickstarter OTTOEject System to automate your 3D printers. I have no affiliation with OttoMat3D; I just think they have a great concept and I have just backed their Kickstarter project. Their simple kit automatically removes build plates from your printer and stores your finished print on a rack and replaces the build plate with a new one and then your printer begins a new print. The early bird special is approximately $350 USD while they last. Check out their Kickstarter project!

I'm sure you have heard all the buzz about the new Bambu Lab model H2D 3D printer that is planned to be launched on 3/25/25. This leaked photo is a goldmine of information so to provide you with the speculation that is out there on the internet, here is a brief summary:
o Build Volume: 350 mm x 320 mm x 325 mm
o Dual Head Nozzles
o 10 watt laser module (Door and panel are green tinted, similar to laser engravers out there)
o Vinyl cutter/drag knife module
o Actively heated AMS
o Actively heated print chamber
o Large exhaust port in back to remove laser smoke (and 3D printing fumes?)
o Cost: $2,000 - $3,000, depending on options?
Tyler of YGK3D has a great video out on this topic and you can see his video at the following link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=w01LQ...
Let's how close all the speculation is to the real thing when it gets launched on 3/25!

Exciting News! Today, 2/3/25 my YouTube channel reached the major milestone of 10,000 subscribers! Thank you to everybody who has watched my videos since I launched my channel a bit over two years ago and especially thank you to my 10K subscribers who made a commitment of their time to potentially watch my videos on a regular basis. 10K subscribers may not sound like a lot, but I read on the internet (and you know everything on the internet is true) that YouTube channels with 10K or more subscribers are in the top 2 - 3 % of all YouTube channels globally. Thank you again for your support and I will continue to do my very best to provide you with my best efforts to produce new and fresh YT videos for your viewing pleasure throughout 2025 and beyond. Now it's time to focus on my next milestone of 25K subscribers. Thanks, Ken

I want to thank PCBWay for sponsoring my YouTube channel during 2024 and specifically to Zoey and Elaine for being so easy and fun to work with! Also, thank you to Zoey and Elaine for sending me this Christmas PCBWay "swag"! The blanket, hat, and mug, are just a few of the things they sent me and I'm sure I will use them during the cold winter months ahead. Thank you to PCBWay and to all of my viewers and subscribers for supporting my channel during 2024. I am looking forward to some exciting plans I have for my channel for 2025! I hope everyone has a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!

I have posted these Boom Arm Photos at the request of one of my viewers. This is related to how I made a rotating boom arm over my workbench to hold my dust collector hose and an LED light. I used extruded aluminum parts from McMaster Carr. It is a "minimalist" design that blends into the workshop versus a bulky arm made from wood.
