✨ THE ULTIMATE MYSTERY: ULTIMATELY, WHAT ARE WE LIVING FOR ON THIS EARTH? ✨
**O brave souls wandering through this world,**
Many lifetimes have passed, you have relentlessly pursued fame, gathered material possessions, cultivated relationships, and used every means to avoid suffering. But when night falls, and all things are silent, an echo from the depths of the Heart Chakra always rises: *"After all this commotion, what am I really here for?"*
Let Me lift the veil of ignorance and tell you the truth: This earth is not a prison for souls to be punished, nor is it a playground for the ego to satisfy its desires. **The Earth is the Temple of Awakening.**
My ultimate purpose in donning the cloak of "humanity" lies not in what I accumulate, but in these three eternal truths:
#### 1. Experiencing Self-Realization
I chose to be reborn into a dense physical world, dominated by body, sensations, and mind, precisely to learn how to **not identify** with them. Without darkness, how would I know I am Light? The earthly drama with its myriad joys, sorrows, loves, and hates is set up so that one day I can smile and realize: *"I am not this body, I am not this mind. I am the eternal Observer."*
#### 2. Purifying the Soul Through the Furnace of Adversity
The Earth is the harshest yet most effective school of the Universe. Adversity, difficult people, and the impermanent gains and losses... all are teaching tools. I live here to learn how to keep the Shield of Mindfulness amidst the storm. Each time I respond to violence with calmness, each time I let go of attachments to choose freedom, my soul is refined to shine like a diamond.
#### 3. Bringing Heaven Down to Earth (Divine Channel)
Once I have tasted the sweetness of freedom, my mission is not to abandon the world and escape into the deep forest. I remain on earth to be an **Energy Channel**. When I meditate, when I direct my energy into stillness, I am anchoring the frequency of heaven to the earthly realm. I live to support the vibrations of this world with the peace that radiates from me.

**My beloved children,**
Born empty-handed, when we close our eyes in death, we return to nothingness. Mansions, wealth, and this body will all return to dust. The only things you can take with you to the eternal realm are **Awakening** and **Unconditional Love** that you have harvested during your years wandering here.

Live as a respectful traveler, experiencing everything fully but without clinging to anything.

**You come from the Light, and your sole purpose is to remember that you are the Light.**

• The Miraculous Arrangement of the Universe: There are times when you face financial difficulties or work challenges, but as soon as you let go of anxiety and call My name in silence, an unexpected call, an opportunity from a stranger, or a breakthrough idea will appear. This is not luck; it is My energy coordinating to support your path.

• Healing Beyond Reason: When you meditate before an emerald painting or connect with a blue Mani jewel, you will see long-standing physical pains subside, or deep emotional wounds suddenly become lighter. My energy is the flow of rebirth, sweeping away all blockages in your Prana (vital energy).

• Protection in a Flash: Some practitioners have escaped perilous accidents or wrong decisions simply because of an "inner voice" urging them to stop at the right moment. That is the intuition I have kindled in you.

• The Ability to See Through the Truth: As you practice diligently, you will find yourself beginning to "know" in advance what needs to be done, sensing the energy of others, and no longer being deceived by external appearances.

🧘 To experience these Miracles, practice:
1. Absolute Trust: Don't try to control everything. Say: "Lord, I am Your instrument." When the ego retreats, the miracle will advance.

2. Discipline in Silence: Don't wait until you have time to meditate. Create a meditation space each day with your picture and your jewel. That's how you keep the "communication line" with Me always clear.

3. Act with High Frequency: Work and treat others with the energy of love that I have given you. Miracles only sprout on the soil of kindness.

My Yogis,

"Today, let Babaji guide us deeper into meditation techniques. Don't just sit to find peace, sit to find the Truth."

You often ask me: "Lord, should I sink into Samadhi (concentration) when meditating?"

Listen to my teachings with eternal wisdom:

1. Don't turn Serenity into a golden cage

When you sit down, if your mind begins to become quiet and still, that is a blessing. But be careful! Don't cling to that pleasant feeling. If you meditate only to seek the pleasure of concentration, you are wasting your precious time.

That tranquility is like a rock pressing down on a garbage pit. While the rock is there, the garbage pit looks clean. But when you stand up and remove the rock, the garbage of afflictions remains. Concentration without Wisdom is only temporary "suppression."



2. The True Purpose: The Microscope of the Mind

The purpose of calming the mind is to give you a sharp instrument. Use that stillness as a microscope to observe the true nature of Body and Mind.



Don't worry about how long or short you sit. Don't get lost in the land of false peace. Use that stillness to see through: What is this body? What is this mind? How are they functioning? That is the true path to liberation.



3. Two Levels of Observation

• The first level (Superficial): This is when you use thought to analyze. You run from one idea to another. That is just imagination; it has no substance.



• The second level (Direct): This is when your mind is completely still and begins to "Listen inward." You observe Body and Mind without using any words or reasoning. You are simply the Witness.



4. The Seed of Wisdom

When your mind is sufficiently still and calm, wisdom will sprout naturally. Initially, it will be just a gentle echo, a weak seedling just emerging from the spiritual soil.

Don't try to overthink it with your ordinary mind. Don't over-care for it with your arrogant ego, or you will crush that seedling at your feet. Accept it quietly. From that quietness, you will see clearly: This body and mind are impermanent, they are selfless. They are not you, nor are they yours.

My message:

Meditate like an awakened warrior, not someone sleeping in comfort. Let stillness be the boat that carries you across the river, but once you have crossed, don't carry the boat further.

Look deeply, let go, and be free.

My Beloved Souls of the Eternal Yogi family,
I feel the weight of your hearts. I see the shadows that dance across your lives—the flickering flame of a relationship, the heavy clouds of career uncertainty, the trembling of a body in pain, and the whispers of doubt that keep you awake at night.
You come to the altar of meditation and say: "Lord, the storm is too loud, I cannot find the silence." And so, you stop. You let the dust of the world cover the mirror of your soul.
Hear Me now: You do not meditate because the world is peaceful. You meditate so that YOU can be the Peace in the middle of a chaotic world.
On the Storms of Life (Relationships & Work)
Your relationships and your work are but reflections of your internal state. When you stop meditating, you lose your center. You become a leaf blown by the winds of other people's moods and external events. Do not wait for the storm to pass to sit in silence. The silence is the only boat that can carry you through the storm.
On the Body and Faith (Illness & Doubt)
When the body is in pain, the mind becomes a tyrant. But remember, you are the Witness of the pain, not the pain itself. Faith is not a feeling; it is a choice. It is the will to remain still when everything inside you wants to run. Every moment you spend in observation (Vipassana) of your discomfort, you are breaking the chains of karma.
The Call to Practice: The Power of Observation
The world will always give you a reason not to meditate. The ego will tell you that you are "too busy" or "too tired." This is the test of the Yogi.
• Do not seek "Good Meditation." Just seek Observation.
• If you are restless, observe the restlessness.
• If you are sad, observe the sadness.
• If you are busy, observe the busyness.
Observation is the fire that burns the dross of anxiety. When you observe, you detach. When you detach, you become free.
My Promise to You:
I do not ask you for hours of perfection. I ask you for moments of Total Presence. Give Me your breath, give Me your attention, and I will give you the strength to stand unshaken.
Do not let the world steal your soul. Return to your mat. Return to your breath. Every single day, without fail, rebuild the sanctuary within.
I am walking with you through every trial. But you must take the step to sit in the Silence.
Stay Firm. Stay Aware. Stay with Me.

Answering a question sent to Eternal Yogi: 'How do I know this is genuine guidance from Babaji?'

"Greetings, my dear friend, a soul full of caution and reverence for truth.
Your question is not just a question, but the voice of someone who truly wants to find their way back to the source without getting lost in the labyrinth of illusion (Maya).

1. Babaji's message lies not in the written words, but in the 'Silence' behind each word.
Human words often leave behind noise and contemplation in the mind. But the true message from Babaji always leaves a vast silence in your soul.
When you read or listen to what I share, if you feel a gentle electric current running down your spine, or an inexplicable peace suddenly enveloping you — that is His 'energy signature.' I don't transmit knowledge, I transmit frequency.
2. His guidance doesn't make you dependent, but makes you 'Free.'
If I tell you that I am the only one who holds the truth, it is my ego that is speaking."
