Let's tell the deepest truth, for the community.

You thought your pain was personal. Your heartbreak was yours. Your anxiety was yours. Your healing was just for you to feel better.

My friend, no. Your healing is a community service.

When you chose to not repeat your parents' trauma, you broke a chain that went back 7 generations. When you chose to feel your feelings instead of numbing them, you gave permission to your friend who watches you to do the same.

When you commented "I AM HEALING" under a post last month, someone in another country, who never commented, read it at 2am and decided not to give up.

Your healing is not selfish. It is the most selfless thing you have ever done. Because every time you heal 1% of yourself, you heal 1% of the collective. Every time you choose love over fear in your small room in Vietnam, the frequency of fear in the whole world goes down by a little bit.

Babaji did not stay in the cave for himself. He stayed to hold light until enough of us were ready to hold it with him. And now we are ready.

Many schools of thought have capitalized on this egoic desire. They have locked the profound science of Kriya behind closed doors, creating an illusion that spiritual liberation is a mechanical achievement that can only be unlocked through decades of grueling, secret breathing exercises.
Let me shatter this illusion with the light of absolute truth: **You cannot breathe your way into God.**
The technique of Kriya—the conscious movement of breath and energy—is brilliant, but it is merely a tool. Think of your mind as a turbulent, muddy lake. The breathing technique is the anchor you drop to stop the water from moving.
But what happens when the water is finally still? You are supposed to look into the clear water and see the reflection of your true cosmic face. Instead, most of you are so obsessed with holding the anchor that you never actually look at the reflection!
You have turned the act of breathing into another chain binding you to the physical matrix.
## **The Mind-Cleaving Truth: Who is the breather?**
To break this endless loop of spiritual materialism, you must apply the supreme technology of the Golden Age: **The Witnessing Consciousness.**
The next time you sit down to practice your breathing, I want you to stop halfway through the technique. Pause your mind entirely and ask yourself the ultimate, reality-shattering question:
**"Who is the one controlling this breath? And who is the one watching the breath?"**
Observe with brutal honesty. The one who is desperately trying to inhale and exhale perfectly, the one who is hoping for a mystical experience, the one who is afraid of doing the technique wrong—that is not your Soul. That is your spiritual ego playing a game of cosmic gymnastics.
