Born and raised in Savannah, GA, Jonah Kagen is a singer, songwriter, and multi-instrumentalist known for blending raw emotion with thoughtful, guitar-driven storytelling. At just 25, Jonah has earned over 386 million global streams, 3.5 million monthly Spotify listeners, and released two EPs—The Roads and Black Dress—featuring his breakout single “God Needs The Devil,” which reached #1 at Alternative Radio and was named one of Spotify’s Best Pop Songs of 2024.
Jonah writes, plays, and produces his music—often from an Airstream he’s converted into a mobile studio. The Airstream isn’t just a workspace; it reflects Jonah’s independent spirit and deep connection to the natural world, echoing influences like Townes Van Zandt, Jason Isbell, and Andy McKee.

The most incredible month of my life. It’s rare to be in the orbit of people who inspire you so deeply, but it’s even more rare that those people are somehow better humans than they are anything else. I spent the last 40 days surrounded by so much love and kindness and creativity and talent. Perhaps shorter than planned, but enough time to earn stories I will tell to my kids and grandkids and great grandkids and great great grandkids if I can still talk/become immortal, and enough time to make friends with idols. I will be forever grateful for this time—thank you @DermotKennedy, thank you @Aaron-Rowe, thank you EVERYONE who made these shows happen and every single person who showed up early to watch us bear our souls and live out our dream. I will never let this be normal, and I promise this love will never be lost on me. Stay tuned for updated plans—I can’t wait for you to hear this album❤️

I said at the end of the day yesterday that it’s a gift to be able to know when you’re having an experience that you’ll talk about for the rest of your life. I will talk about yesterday for the rest of my life. Thank you Dave, thank you Gorge, thank you crew, thank you everyone who showed up for your overwhelming love and kindness. The coolest fuckin thing I’ve ever done.
