Hey everyone!
I am aware that it has been two years since the latest episode of Furry Railway Tails, but I have some reassuring news to share.
I am halfway through getting the VFX in the editing stage, so it won't be long now. However, I have made a mistake that I oversaw until recently.
I was so focused on getting the raw clips together that I forgot to finish the masking for the eye animations, so I got to get back on them and finish them up. But that's only a minor setback.
There aren't many clips to mask left, so not that long to go.
If you guys like an estimate on an episode release, I can estimate sometime within the next three months, but I can't guarantee anything, as this is only a rough estimate. Something may happen, so you never know.
I want to thank you again for sticking around and being so patient. Life can be a hassle sometimes.

Great news! I found out what was wrong!
Apparently, the intro I was trying to use had a "Variable Framerate" in it, according to a video I looked up. That and Adobe Premiere don't mix, so with the help of an encoding program "HandBrake", I got the intro fixed and it works once again!
I shall get a start on editing it tomorrow!

Sitrep:
I reinstalled Premiere and upgraded to Premiere Pro 2025 and fortunately, the crashing has stopped, but now when I try to add the intro, I keep getting this error:
"Frame substitution recursion attempt aborting after multiple attempts on file."
What's strange is that the 1st intro I made worked fine when I tried that, and when I attempted to take the intro from the previous episode, same error.
I'm more confused than annoyed atm...
I once more ask for you to bear with me while I try to find help in solving this problem.

Yet another episode 7 update...
It's just one problem after another...
I decided to make a start on editing FRT Eps. 7, but for some reason, whenever I try to add the 2nd S1 intro I made into the timeline, Adobe Premiere keeps crashing.
I haven't even started editing and already I'm having problems with Adobe...
I don't know why it keeps crashing, but it's really killing my motivation to work on anything series-related now...
I can't win, can I?

I'm sure you all know by now about the woman who brought our favorite number 1 engine to TV screens all around the world and made Thomas the Tank Engine and all his friends, old and new, really useful and famous engines who still have a place in all of our hearts.
With all the people who strive to preserve the charm and honor the legacy the TV series bestowed upon railfans far and wide, Britt Allcroft will forever be honored, and remembered as the woman who bonded groups of railfans together, presented the magic and appeal of steam locomotives, and railways overall.
We owe a lot of credit to Britt, and she will never be forgotten as long as us Thomas fans live.
Dry rails, and good running, Britt Allcroft.
We will remember you.
Thank you for everything you have done for Sir Topham Hatt's engines on the North Western Railway.
May the magic live on...

UPDATE
Great news! With the help of my brother and his friend, we found out the issue with my computer!
As it turned out, some drivers, partially the graphics driver, were outdated. After updating them, that did the trick!
No more game lag, the sleep button is back, and the fan ain't a jet engine anymore!
Big thanks to my brother and his friend for their help!
So, I guess take this as a PSA to always remember to maintain your device and keep it in working order.

Attention, guys.
Eps. 7 production's gonna be indefinitely delayed... again, as there is something awry going on with my computer. All of my games are suddenly very laggy, and unplayable, and the computer fan on my Alienware is now cosplaying as a jet engine.
I'll let you all know of any further developments.
Many apologies for the inconvenience, truly, I am absolutely sorry...
