I gave James Gunn a chance. Can't say I will again after seeing SUPERMAN. How do you screw SUPERMAN up so bad? HOW?! The portrayal of SUPERMAN in this new movie is the exact opposite of how SUPERMAN was portrayed in the first Reeve's SUPERMAN movie, so if that's what you want, you'll get it in this new Gunn version. Not good. Not good at all.
Mark Millar trolled all of us. If you think that Millar is going to do anything at Marvel or DC ANYTIME soon, think again! Why would he go back when he can own it all AND have a movie attached to it?
EASILY one of the worst first episodes that I've ever watched. This show is even MORE outrageous with bad writing, bad plot, overt messaging...you name it. I don't know if I have EVER wanted a main character of a TV series to die so badly. I watched the first episode just HOPING that something bad would happen to Ellie. Just horribly bad. I'm out.
Just finished INVINCIBLE Season 2 and I was so GLAD that Mark finally broke up with his girlfriend. She was so annoying and unattractive! And they changed her up so much from the comic that she was a disaster from the moment she arrived in the animated series. That last episode really hit hard with how Mark was dealing with what he did to Levy and the affect that it had on him. This season seemed a lot quicker, maybe faster paced, than the first season. Looking forward to Season 3!
