💕Welcome to our home!💕 and YouTube Channel!☺️☕💞
We’re Matt and Tammy — high‑school sweethearts turned husband and wife for 24 years, raising 8 children in the rolling hills of Wisconsin on 16 Acres in a home we built with our own hands without loans over the course of 7 years.
Here you’ll find the everyday moments that shape a legacy.
With five kids still at home and three grown, and one is Newly Married, we’re living in that sweet in‑between season where raising and releasing happen side by side.
If you love cozy routines, real family life, and the kind of home where everyone squeezes in around the table, you’ll feel right at home here.

Today we are celebrating our Son turning 18! ( he is our 4th child now to become an Adult.) The time sure does go fast raising kids-in the moment you think it will last forever...well, it doesn't. You really never understand when the "last" of something is with children-just one day, they are doing things on their own-and you then look back and think "when did that stop?"
Wishing every Mama out there the best with their little ones, because in a blink, they are 18 years old, spreading their wings to fly.
May God continue to hold our Family together. Life is what we make it. Walking alongside you from my little corner of Wisconsin.

We’ve been spending our days outside as a family, tackling project after project and slowly bringing our outdoor spaces back to life. The kids have been helping with mowing, weed‑wacking, hauling things, and just being part of the rhythm of getting things done together. It’s amazing how much lighter the work feels when everyone pitches in.
There’s something so grounding about working side‑by‑side, watching the land change a little each day, and ending the evening tired in the best way sitting together in the Gazebo. These are the moments that make our 16 acres feel like home — messy, busy, beautiful, and full of teamwork.
More outdoor updates coming soon. 💛🌞
Let me know if you have any projects you are working on and how that is going!

Hello!! It has been a week since I have uploaded anything. I took a week off to gather my thoughts. I know that being a Mom with 8 Children & one just got Married is something my heart needed to adjust too. My Daughter In Law came by this week to have coffee with me and I treasured that!
We have another Son turning 18 Years old Next week, so stay tuned for that!
I just uploaded a Day in the Life Video-a long one-to make up for the quiet this past week as I reflected on the Wedding.
Thank you all for walking along side me in these Seasons of my life where Raising and Releasing are happening side by side now.
I truly hope your Summer is off to a good start! I shall continue to post a few long video weekly and get back into my normal upload schedule. -Tammy

What a joy it was to celebrate our first child out of 8, to get Married!
They had a lovely evening wedding and I was able to capture some behind the Scenes footage of what they would have missed being so busy on that day!
Cheers to our new Daughter In Law joining our Family!

Today was the last day for collecting Pop Tabs for the Ronald McDonald House.
Our Sheriff's Office in our town was collecting them and we stopped by to drop them off this morning.
These small acts make for wonderful experiances and memories! My husband had a jar on his desk at the Factory and Employees would drop the tabs in throughout the year. We ended up with 3 1/2 Gallons of Pop Tabs!

Bridal Shower Day:
We enjoyed some time at the adjacent Playground. My husband enjoyed fishing with our 2 sons and talking about life plans with our Son who is getting married. Truly a wonderful Sunday.
Meeting the family for the first time went lovely as well.

After more than twenty years of gardening, I honestly thought this was going to be the year I took a break. A full year off. No beds to prep, no seedlings under grow lights, no dirt under my nails. I told myself I’d earned the rest.
But then… all of you reminded me why I started in the first place.
Your encouragement, your stories, your excitement — it lit that spark again. So instead of stepping away, we stepped forward. We went out and purchased two new garden plots, and just like that, the next chapter of our homestead garden began.
So come along with us as we plant heirloom seeds, tend the soil, and keep this beautiful tradition alive. After all these years, it turns out I wasn’t done gardening — I just needed a little nudge from this wonderful community.
Let’s grow something special together.

Every family’s rhythm looks different, and I’m so curious about yours. Take a second to vote for the schooling path you’re doing right now — I love seeing the variety in this community. I would love to hear what curriculum you are using!
