🚫BEWARE: My 24-Day Logistics Nightmare with Agarwal Packers and Movers (APML) 🚩

I’m sharing this to warn my community about a massive service failure I recently experienced with ‪@AgarwalPackersMoversIndia‬ . What was promised as a 5-7 day vehicle transport from Satna to Lucknow turned into a 24-day ordeal. (GCSTNA262700028)

My main concern isn't just the delay, but the systemic lack of accountability:

1️⃣ Operational Negligence: My vehicle sat idle in their warehouse for 11 days before even moving.
2️⃣ Leadership Failure: The Lucknow Hub In-charge dismissed his own team’s commitments, claiming updates from "juniors" don't matter. Total lack of internal cohesion.
3️⃣ Deceptive Communication: I was given repeated fake delivery dates and excuses about truck breakdowns while the vehicle hadn't even left.
4️⃣ Hidden Terms: They refused door delivery at the last minute, despite no prior mention during booking.

As a consumer, I value transparency. When a company’s leadership refuses to stand by the words of their own staff, the customer is the one who suffers.
