Last nights supper on MARCH 21ST still eating “fresh” veggies from garden 2024!! It amazes me that these were harvested August/September and they lasted this long (when properly stored)
We only have a handful of carrots left, a few potatoes and now no more sweet potatoes and parsnips. Going forward we will be eating heavily from our pantry.
I have made this supper with you all before and it’s easy and one of our favourites 😋

Hello my very patient friends!! I feel like I’m always explaining/justifying something or other but I’ve been having a long bout of migraines again. My migraines are more ocular so it makes doing certain things impossible. I do have some videos filmed but I haven’t been able to edit yet.
I had nerve block injections almost two weeks ago and so far they haven’t taken effect 😞
Hopefully I will be back at it soon 🙏🏻
Have you all started your seeds? Planned your gardens? Spring is around the corner (I pray)

Here’s the Unstuffed Pepper soup (after canning)! This one has the rice in it, it held up pretty well. It has the texture of a soft noodle and we don’t mind it 😉 Frank has gone through 2 jars already 😳
