Girls have the potential to be great leaders, but they often face barriers to developing and exercising their leadership skills. These barriers can include gender stereotypes, lack of role models, and limited opportunities to lead.
It is important to support girls in their leadership development.
Here at Supreme Girls International:
We expose girls to positive role models. Girls need to see examples of other girls and women who are leaders. We show them that girls can lead in all aspects of life, from business and politics to sports and the arts.
We provide girls with opportunities to lead. Girls need to have the chance to practice leadership skills in a safe and supportive environment.
We Encourage them to take on leadership roles in schools and their communities.
We teach girls leadership skills such as communication, problem-solving, and decision-making.
