I recently got to have a conversation with the lovely and thoughtful Meg Rittmanic of the podcast, “In Her Image: Finding Heavenly Mother in Scripture, Scholarship, the Arts, Mythology & Everyday Life.”

If you have any interest in understanding the literal divine nature of women that is our Heavenly Mother, I cannot recommend the In Her Image Podcast enough. There are more than 163 episodes to choose from—don’t let this be the only one you listen to!

I was so excited to hear that Meghan Farner of The Latter-day Disciples Podcast was writing a book, and when I learned that my writing helped her in that effort, I was absolutely delighted. I LOVE what Meghan has created and hope everyone will consider giving "Consider Yourself as Eve" a read. We got together to talk about chapter 7, The Condescension of Mothers, and that conversation is up now on her podcast. I hope you enjoy it!

Recently I had the wonderful opportunity to speak with Meghan Farner of the Latter-day Disciples podcast about the joyful topic of priestesshood and women’s authority in the gospel of Jesus Christ. While I am not yet finished with my series on polygamy (and life is making it go slower than I'd like!), THIS is my true passion, and I very much hope we can all move on from polygamy sooner rather than later so that the daughters of Zion can step into our proper place! Thanks to Meghan for having me on and for being such a beautiful light to all our sisters who hope God is good, and loves them. God is indeed better than we ever imagined. I praise God that it truly is a blessing to be a woman.

Latter-day Saints have been given everything we need to see polygamy for what it truly is: a tare sown by satan. On this upcoming anniversary of the organization of the Relief Society, I invite all who have embraced this truth to fast and pray for our brothers and sisters who do not yet see. I hope we will all choose to "embrace the truth, and look upward"---because "then shall Zion look downward, and all the heavens shall shake with gladness, and the earth shall tremble with joy; And the general assembly of the church of the firstborn shall come down out of heaven, and possess the earth, and shall have place until the end come" (JST Genesis 9: 22-23)!

What will you specifically be fasting and praying for? Please share in the comments so we may collectively raise our voices to the Most High.

I so enjoyed getting to respond to some of the claims about Joseph Smith and polygamy in the Restoration with these loving and wise women! It's a long discussion, but getting to the root of polygamy takes time and effort, which I am happy to put in when the result is further light and knowledge, freedom from the bondage of false beliefs and the opportunity to live a joyful life. Thanks to Michelle Stone for her deep dedication to this issue!

Loved getting to talk with Michelle Stone recently on her wonderful podcast, 132 Problems! Hope you enjoy our conversation and take a look at Michelle's videos, if you haven't already, for a very in-depth look at the murky waters of Mormon polygamy.

Got to attend the final performance of “The Principle Wife” tonight while visiting Utah and was delighted to run into my brother in Christ, Steven Pynakker of #MormonBookReviews! I am a huge fan of Steven’s efforts and was also so impressed by this musical. I have never seen such a well-done portrayal of a “wrong road,” and firmly believe all of our and our ancestors’ polygamous wounds can be healed when we look at the real fruits of polygamy, open our hearts and ask: is it wheat, or is it a tare? It cannot be both.

If you are looking to go to the movies this weekend, please consider seeing “Sound of Freedom” starring Jim Caviezel! This work has my heart, and this movie exemplifies the work of Christ better than any I have ever seen. This true, miraculous story testifies that those engaged in Christ’s work cannot be stopped by all the powers of darkness. May we all shine light in dark places.
