Another incredible day on the river! Chigg found the plates and the bayonet. I found about 35 bullets, the enfield butt plate, and the cartridge box finial and part of the leather strap, along with some other odds and ends. Epic video coming soon!

I’d call this a good day on the river! Found a dyer case shot projectile and a couple bullets from the American Civil War! This is a federal shell that is completely inert since it has a zinc fuse adapter for a paper time fuse that has allowed water into the powder chamber. More adventures coming soon!!
