Just wanted to touch base with y’all, I really don’t know what to say. I’m struggling every second of every day, this gut wrenching depression it never ceases, it never ends. I’m writing this coming back from seeing Machine Girl live one of my favourite musicians, I’ve been listening to them for 10 years. I catch myself right before hopping on the train I’m on now writing this, crying, I can’t feel anything, the show was magical but I still feel like an ant trying to carry the whole weight of reality on my back.
I wish I had the positive outlook everyone I chatted with tonight but I can’t, I simply can’t, I really don’t know what I’m doing. I turn 27 in December, I sit in my room, I make my art crap, I do my drugs, I watch my movies, it’s always an escape, going further and further, try to grasp onto any feeling that this life is worth it, but I just can’t. I am safe, I have the bestest friends and family in the world who everyday I make an effort to live for.
They are keeping me safe, I wish I had something fun to share with you guys but I just don’t. I’m forcing myself to get my fashion show ready for the end of the year. If only for a moment the smiles of strangers when they get a kick out of my clothes warms my soul, there’s so much suffering in the world and I can’t ever not think about it, like it’s my job it’s my burden, I just wish everyone to be happy. 3gpBlingee never dies. -Delta Valentine (Salvation of Humankind)
