In this video, Rodolfo Beazley, independent social protection consultant, tell us what has changed, especially after the COVID-19 pandemic, since his publication with Valentina Barca and Ana Solórzano, "Social protection preparedness and natural hazards: Latin America and the Caribbean", from 2020, featured on our fifth Collection of One Pagers.
