Hey y'all, I'm kind of in a headlock again. It's been a rough 4+ months of fighting psychotic PTSD & unfortunately, I am unable to receive strong enough medication for it until December 30th. I want to apologize if any of you talk with me & I seem like I'm dry responding or not interested. Sometimes, I tend to disassociate & everything around me feels disconnected at times. I'm also struggling to communicate verbally at work when I'm in one of those disassociated psychotic episodes. My coworkers & managers say I sound muddled. I'm not depressed, but I am still battling PTSD with psychotic episodes. A single night in August absolutely traumatized me & I've done all I can to not let it take me over. I started to feel aggressive when the event flashes back in my head, but I know it can't hurt me. As I go through my full-time job, I still care to make SpadeCity Content here for you all. I just keep getting a tolerance to my antipsychotic medication. It's primarily used to treat schizophrenia, but I still have issues with hearing voices & violent nightmares. I just want to make this month special since it's Siegfried's Month & the last month of 2025. Please be patient with me. I have everything I could ever want & I thank God everyday for that. All I struggle with now is psychotic PTSD & being extremely lonely & to myself in my real life. Thank you all for being around me. You all may not understand how much I appreciate it, especially while I'm fighting this mental disorder off me.
