Documenting my journey through running and fitness. Lots of training tips and information to help you achieve your fitness goals. And some occasional travel vlogs
Feeling extra grateful today for all of the beautiful and diverse public lands that we get to utilize in the USA. I think so many of us (myself included) take for granted how lucky we are to have access to some of the most beautiful and unique landscapes in the world
Happy 250th birthday to the best country on Earth🦅
It’s always been a dream of mine to own a home in the mountains. Somewhere with trails, lakes, skiing, all four seasons. Somewhere with peace, quiet, independence, and nature
It definitely took a lot of work and discipline to get here. But I think we’ve found the perfect spot
I can’t wait for this next chapter of our lives and can’t wait to share the journey with you all 🫶
What an epic weekend in Stockholm, Sweden racing Pro Doubles with Mason
Not quite the time we were hoping for, but I had an absolute blast and totally emptied the tank (please see the last two slides for proof🤮)
Regardless of the outcome, I always feel so grateful after events like this. Being able to push my body. Getting to meet so many incredible humans. Traveling the world through fitness events. This is the good life
Big congrats to everyone who made it to World’s and raced this weekend. I hope you enjoyed it as much as we did. On to the next one!
Day 2 on the Amalfi Coast in Italy! Our Airbnb host is an ultra runner and he invited me on an epic trail run. He showed me around to some of his favorite local spots with the best views of the coast
Not only do Francesco and his brother operate an incredible Bed & Breakfast, but they also run an amazing gelato shop in Praiano called Lab Gelato
Although we’ve been together for 10 years and (legally) married for one year, this felt like falling in love all over again
Bree and I spent four days in a French château with some of our closest friends and family. The weekend was filled with pool days, badminton tournaments, murder mysteries, scenic runs, and lots of laughs. Then we finished off the weekend by making our love official!
It was truly a beautiful and unforgettable week. I can’t wait to spend the rest of this life with you 🤍
“This body holding me reminds me of my own mortality Embrace this moment, remember We are eternal, all this pain is an illusion”
If running has taught me anything, it’s that our bodies will do pretty much anything we ask of them
They are truly a separate entity from our minds. We must train them, feed them, nurture them, and treat them with respect. If done properly, they can do incredible things
Unfortunately, I think most people take their bodies for granted. They never come close to pushing them to their true limits. They just slowly wither away and die
One of my main goals in life is to push my body to its absolute limits. I want to see what it’s made of. I think it’s a natural, holy, and beautiful pursuit
Also, it’s just f*cking fun to run with your friends
I’ve already received over 75+ applications for this experience so far. But only 10 will be selected!
WHEN • Applications close June 15 • Training starts June 22 • R3 Trip October 8-11
16 weeks of coaching, 1:1 calls, group calls, training, gear, logistics, and honest conversations about life. Not just fitness. I want to help you grow as a human being
And then we cap it all off with running Rim to Rim to Rim in the Grand Canyon. Truly a bucket list experience
This isn’t a retreat. It’s not a training camp. It’s something I’ve never seen done before and something I genuinely believe will change people’s lives
Trying to get these legs ready for 33,000 ft of gain and loss through Switzerland
A big week of training wrapped up. Lots of treadmill miles, searching for vert, strength training, and good miles with good people. I can’t wait to be in the mountains
Only 82 days until Swiss Alps 100. We’ve been uploading a weekly YouTube video sharing the preparation for a race like this. The gear, the training, the nutrition, the mindset, and everything in between

Wind River High Route 🏔️
The trip of a lifetime. 80 miles over 3 days through some of the most beautiful and rugged terrain Mother Earth has to offer
Myself and 9 other friends (aka the Fellowship) set out from Green River Lakes and traversed our version of the famous “Wind River High Route”
The route came with plenty of challenges, but we won the lottery on the weather window and everyone made it to the finish at Big Sandy safe and sound
These are the experiences that we’ll be talking about for the rest of our lives. Can’t wait for the next one🤘
And YES! There will be a YouTube video coming soon on this epic adventure
