Welcome to the start of a brand-new build series!

In this first episode, we take the ICM 1/48 MH-60L Black Hawk and begin the transformation into the “DAP” version by building the ESSS Stub Wings.

The ICM kit doesn’t include these parts, so we’ll be crafting them from scratch using old Revell/Italeri pieces, refining them with Milliput epoxy putty, sanding, and priming until we get a smooth finish ready for the next steps. ‪@ICMplasticmodelkits‬

Full review of Gaahleri’s Kaleido ColorWorks primers — gray, white, black (all matt), and glossy black. All four delivered great results: solid adhesion, smooth application, and strong resistance to scratches. The white has slightly less coverage compared to the others, but nothing problematic. Overall, these primers perform really well and the glossy black especially stood out. Highly recommended.
