Through faith, discipline, consistency, and inner healing, I rebuilt my life from the inside out. Now in my 50s, I continue living a Positive & Healthy Lifestyle because this isn’t a diet, it’s a lifelong commitment to growth.
My purpose is to shine light in a world that can feel dark and to create a space where you can find hope every time you stop by.

Still Becoming… 💚

If my life were a painting, I believe it would look something like this.

A road behind me filled with struggles, lessons, transformation, discipline, family, love and faith—and a road ahead that I cannot completely see.

The darker places are still part of the picture. I don't erase them, because they helped shape the woman standing here today. But they are not where my story ends.

The lighthouse represents what I pray my life continues to be: a light shining in the midst of darkness—not because I have all the answers, but because I know where my Light comes from. ✨

At 55, I am not finished. I am not who I once was, and I haven't yet become everything God is calling me to be.

I'm simply still becoming.

I can't see the entire road ahead, but I know Who holds it all.

Jesus is everything. 🙏🏽💚
