Finally got married last 8•8•2025💍🥰😇
And now I can finally share our 2 Years k1&k2 visa processing timeline 😁
"When the time is right, I, the Lord, will make it happen" is Isaiah 60:22.
That's the bible verse we hold unto. The whole process tested the love we have with each other and now I can say we passed it with flying colors😁😍🥰🥰, and I am so thankful to my husband Stephen Ray ,for his unwavering support, patient and all the sacrifices.🥰🥰😍

June 6,2023 - I-129f packet sent
June 9,2023 - NOA 1

Feb. 7,2024 - RFE notice (USCIS website) through track my case app.
Feb. 13,2024- RFE mail received
Feb. 20,2024 - RFE response sent
Feb. 27,2024 - RFE Response received by USCIS

March 6,2024- Case was denied (I posted here before the reason for our denial,I will put the link in the comment section)
March 11,2024 - Received the Denial notice
March 19,2024 - I-1290B motion to appeal sent to USCIS
March 30,2024 - Received the NOA1 for the motion to appeal

April 30,2024 - Case was Re-opened

May 1,2024 - Case was approved
May 7,2024 - Case was sent to the Department of state
May 30,2024 - NVC case number

June 4,2024 - Case In-transit
June 6,2024- Case Ready

July 1,2024 - Medical(But we didn't attend for our medical because the same day, July 1st was my father's funeral. He died because of a motorcycle accident June 22nd 2024.)

August 27,2024 - Medical
August 28,2024 - My k2 medical done but unfortunately I need to undergo for sputum test.
August 28,28&30- 3 days Sputum collection ( since we are from the province,I decided to do my sputum collection right after my medical so I don't need to travel again going back to Manila. You can ask for the earliest date available for the sputum collection if you want too.)

September 27,2024 - Received a call from SLEC ( I cried too much after the call)😅

Oct. 3,2024 - Sputum culture positive
Oct. 9,2024- Start of treatment at SLEC

Nov. 12,2024 - VAC biometric
Nov. 17,2024 - USEM interview ( 221g because of medical/ still on-going treatment)

April 24,2025 - FINALLY!!! End of treatment 😇 I did it!!! The whole 6 months of treatment was so hard,and I'm so thankful to my Fiancé (husband now) for all his support, encouragement and love.🥰🥰
(For my k2, during my treatment he also undergo IGRA test every 3 months for close contact monitoring)

May 22,2025 - Repeat medical (both me and my k2)
May 23,2025 - my K2 immunization (2nd dose)
May 28,2025 - my immunization
May 29,2025 - received E-mail from SLEC
May 30,2025 - Passport dropped off at VAC

June 11,2025 - Visa issued
June 23,2025 - Picked up the Visa packet at the VAC office
June 25,2025 - CFO
June 29,2025 - FLIGHT TO U.S 🥰🥰😇
