RIP to the iBuyPower lappy I purchased 5 years ago. It served me well for so long. Unfortunately both GPU and CPU fans died on it, meaning replacing both was gonna cost more than the lappy was worth.

I salvaged the Ram sticks, and my wife bought me an early Christmas Present. We were gonna celebrate it early anyway because I'll be on the road for a while. We celebrated it this past Saturday night, when we watched John Cena's final match and recorded Dragon Quest 3 HD2D on ‪@TheEarthboundCrew‬ channel.

I hope she liked that I got us Saturday only tickets for Texas Frightmare Weekend and a photo op with Tobin Bell, known best as The Jigsaw Killer. I definitely enjoy my new Asus TUF Gaming A16 lappy. Literally cost half the money I paid for the iBuyPower and it's twice as powerful (though I need to upgrade the SSD to 2 TB when I get the chance).

I'm gonna upload a test video to showcase what it's capable of doing. No commentary, no laughing, no microphone, just the gameplay of Mutant Football League 2. I'll showcase it on Christmas Day. Like Mutant Football League, it's got a bunch of mutant football players beating the ever loving crap out of each other and outright murdering each other for touchdowns, glory and big fat sacks of cash.

I need to purchase a microphone and find my old elgato webcam soon and then I'll be recording on the road on nights when I'm down for repairs or downtime. I got ‪@DKS3A‬ an Elgato Wav Neo and looks like it'll be an appropriate device I can use for mobile let's playing. Otherwise, Dragon Quest 8 and Dragon Quest 3 HD2D are gonna be waiting a while until I finish both, not to mention the next time I'm home I'm doing the second half of the birthday stream with Vampire Hunter D, Mouthwashing...and Cuphead like I promised Travon.

Cya'll Saturday for the birthday stream.

First up, this year celebrates 40 years of Super Mario Bros. So the original trilogy on NES is first. Yes we're replaying 3. Then it's off to the SNES for Super Mario World.

After that, we're entering Randomizer territory as I play Final Fantasy Mystic Quest randomizer. Difficulty: Expert. Maps will be randomized, locations will be randomized, chests will be randomized, and I'm also turning on Sky Coin Pieces. My only advantage will be that battles will give 4x exp and gold. And also, as I represent Ness, my character sprite will be Ness. I'm looking forward to showing off.

Upon completion, we finish with Vampire Hunter D. I'm about a third done with it, so it shouldn't take long to finish it, maybe a few hours tops.

... And if there's an Encore and there's enough likes and watches and active people... Arebellia will join me for an Indie game that came out last year... Cya'll then.

Tomorrow is Thanksgiving for us in America. I am thankful for you if you are reading this. I'll be home Saturday and I'll have my Thanksgiving then... And enjoy Survivor Series with The Earthbound Crew.

A tradition I have is to watch Garfields Thanksgiving Special. It's best not to be alone for the holidays, so ask a friend to join you. Be thankful for each other.

Couldn't stay home for long as I gotta keep moving to pay my bills and take care of my wife who's gonna be out of work until probably January or February. I'm gonna be working a lot to make up her side of the funds. However I will be home next Friday as I have a doctors appointment (and will probably be my last appointment until I get health insurance again since Arebellias short term will only cover her), so... Let's play Vampire Hunter D.

Also, on the Earthbound Crew channel, no matter WHAT happens, even if we meet again which I'm gonna try to do next Friday with the gang... Chances are, our final meeting for Dragon Quest 3 HD2D will be recorded during Saturday Nights Main Event in Washington DC. Those that know, this is when we will say good bye to legendary wrestler (and botched heel turn earlier this year, thanks a lot Dwayne Johnson, you suck) John Cena. Make sure you're subscribed to that channel.
