BREAKING 🚨🚨🚨

Nikhil Gupta has pleaded guilty in the federal murder-for-hire case targeting SFJ General Counsel Gurpatwant Singh Pannun.

Gupta pleaded guilty to three counts:
1. Murder-for-Hire — up to 10 years; fine up to $250,000
2. Conspiracy / Participation in Murder-for-Hire — up to 10 years; fine up to $250,000
3. Money Laundering — up to 20 years; fine up to $500,000

Gupta could face a maximum sentence up to 40 years in prison and fines totaling up to $1,000,000.

Sentencing is scheduled for May 15, 2026.
