On this channel, you'll find the BEST data-driven guides and tutorials on YouTube. You'll also find early access coverage, new patch testing, game reviews after 100% and more!
Current Creators: - Strat Gaming - Griff Gaming - More coming soon...
Here's what I'm currently working on and what I have planned between now and end of the year. I'm not 100% sure if I can get to everything in time, but I'll do my best! - Bannerlord War Sails Smithing Guide (Updated - some parts seem a bit OP...) - Bannerlord War Sails Unit Testing - Bannerlord War Sails Perk Testing (Not retesting old perks, only new one from DLC) - Bannerlord War Sails Policy Testing (Not sure yet if I'll retest them all or new ones only) - Bannerlord Solo Person World Conquest (20% done with editing - I have some help with this now!)
As for what projects I would LIKE to work on in 2026... - Half Sword guides & challenge runs (Just started playing last week, WOW it's fun) - Bannerlord Nord/Battania world conquest (Maybe speedrun, maybe standard) - Bannerlord RBM companion run of some kind (I would love to try Robin Hood again or similar) - EU5 runs (if they stop patching the F**king game so quickly.......sa;lofnwlikajbngfjs) - Manor Lords challenge run - Songs of Syx max difficulty run - Master of Command new faction run when it releases - Project Zomboid challenge run - Finish or redo Warhammer 3 Skaven WC Speedrun (I'm leaning towards redo since I know there are a bunch of things that can be done better now)
The next section is speculative - I would love to cover these games but I'm not sure if I'll have time or mental bandwidth to do so: - Kenshi - Rimworld - X4 - Kerbal Space Program (Or Kitten Space Program - that one looks promising) - Dwarf Fortress - Factorio
Let me know in the comments if there's anything out there you would like to see added to the list! I'm starting to formulate my plans for 2026 so you never know :D
New Bannerlord War Sails campaign is live: https://youtu.be/I005VV_gM7E - Rock bottom start (No money, no food, no weapons, no clothes, start with nothing) - Start out at war with ALL kingdoms on the map - All stats are set to 0 (all attribute and focus points and skills to 0) This one is ROUGH lol but a really fun challenge!
It's on a brand new channel that isn't monetized yet, so please help me out by subscribing (literally the only time I've ever asked this from you) and watch the video so I can get that channel monetized. I need 1,000 subs and 4,000 watch hours total to get there, then you can unsub if you're not interested. I'm currently doing this one for free until I can turn on ads and I still have to pay my editor and TN artist, so any help would be greatly appreciated!!
Here's a quick update on a few things in the works: - War Sails DLC Early access this week. I'll be making guides and Let's Plays/Challenge runs for this as soon as the content embargo is over! - EU5 Grandma Guide (should be done in a couple days) - Skaven 100 turn world conquest continues on the Let's Play channel - I might try to squeeze another Master of Command run in if time permits.
A few things I don't have time for right now, but would like to do before end of the year: - Project Zomboid challenge run - More EU5 content (this game is literally crack) - Manor Lords run on the new patch (I've heard it's pretty bad though so I might hold off)
Let me know if there's anything not on the list that you're interesting in seeing and I'll try my best to fit it in!
What kind of content are you interested in seeing for Master of Command?
I'm going to be covering the game regardless of the poll, but figured I would see if there's any interest. I've got almost 100 hours and trying to get 100% achievements done before release, so I should have the game mastered (no pun intended) and can share everything I've learned!
I'm looking for MORE HELP! - Due to how successful the last post I made on here was, I've decided to do it again - but for the other channels this time! PLEASE READ THROUGH THE WHOLE POST BEFORE REPLYING
I'm currently sitting on 3 - 4 fully recorded campaigns that are waiting to be turned into heavily edited challenge run videos. Each campaign usually runs 50 - 200 hours (raw recordings) in total depending on the game. These projects will typically take me 50 - 100 hours to edit down into a 30 or so minute video that has an interesting narrative, some light humor and a quick pace showing only the most interesting parts of the campaign. The problem I'm having is I've spread myself way too thin with all the projects I have going on (Guides, Let's Plays, Consulting, etc.) and would love to find a contractor/partner to help me with these videos.
You might be a good fit if:
- You love telling stories or finding the storyline within an existing format - You’ve written YouTube scripts or created content yourself - You understand my style: serious delivery but silly/ironic humor, deadpan, etc. - You're not intimidated by large projects that can take UP TO A FULL MONTH to complete
Bonus points if:
- You’ve worked on narrative-heavy or challenge-style content (gaming is a plus too) - You can show samples of scripts or outline structures you’ve written - You have thoughts on what makes a great gaming video
What I’m offering:
- Paid trial scripts to start - OR Partnership on any video we work on (revenue split) - OR a hybrid of the two - A creative process that’s collaborative and gives you plenty of freedom
If this sounds like your kind of thing, DM me on discord for a chat! I'm only looking to take on ONE person so please don't message me unless you really want this AND have a high degree of confidence that you would qualify. Thanks again for your time!
*UPDATE* I was expecting only a handful of responses but ended up getting over 50 so I'm not taking any new messages right now until I can go through and read/reply to everyone first. Thanks!!
I'm looking for HELP! - if you're interested please read the full post before responding. Thanks in advance for your time!
What I'm looking for: - An EXPERT in of these games: Bannerlord, Manor Lords, Total Warhammer 3 or Project Zomboid - Have a basic understanding of how to run tests and collect data, or be willing to learn - Be able to do very basic data analysis or willing to learn it - Write out testing results into easy-to-understand bullet points (makes scripting easier) - Understand how to do VERY BASIC recording and editing or willing to learn (OBS + Davinci Resolve are both free) - Have between 10 - 20 hours per week to work on videos (more is okay, less is not) - Highly motivated, positive attitude, easy to work with, etc. - Be able to understand and communicate comfortably in English (native speaker not required though) - You do NOT have to have an existing YouTube channel to qualify
What to expect: - Take part in making 2 to 4 guides/videos per month - Revenue share for the videos worked on - Participate in other aspects of the business: Sponsorship integrations, early access to new games, paid QC testing for new games and hopefully much more
There's been a lot of work going on behind the scenes that I can't say too much about (NDAs), but I'm increasingly short on time and would like to bring on more team members to help keep the guides coming and this channel moving forward! I've decided to try for more of a mentorship-style approach to this next partner. While I realize it will take up more of my time to train someone in the short term, my hope is that in 3 - 6 months this new partner will be up to full speed and helping to cranking out quality guides - without any bad habits (as a previous sales manager/trainer, un-learning bad habits was REALLY HARD lol). I also hope that by bringing on a YouTube noob, their expectations will be lower than someone who's been doing this for a few years. Lower expectations is important when starting out because it takes time to build up a catalogue of videos that are making good money - so an existing channel that's making $3,000 per month might be discouraged when they go back to making a couple hundred per month because they only made a few videos so far. But that same beginner is more likely to stick it out for a couple years where the real money is made.
If you're interested and feel you meet the qualifications, please reach out to me on discord (Join the channel discord and then DM me)! Depending on how many people are interested, I may not be able to respond to everyone so I apologize in advance if I don't get around to you. Thank you for reading and I look forward to speaking with some of you and hopefully working with at least one of you soon!
