Sometimes internally you end up feeling guilty about taking the time off to rest.
God wants you to rememberā¦ Jesus took naps. š Mark 4 tells us He was asleep on a pillow in the middle of a storm. That wasnāt lazinessāit was trust.
Rest isnāt weakness. Rest is holy (Genesis 2:2). Rest is trust (Psalm 121:4). Rest fuels strength (Mark 4:39ā40).
Sometimes the most spiritual thing you can do is rest. āØ
