Hey everyone who has been asking. The once mandatory Beneficial Ownership Information (BOI) is now a voluntary form for now. It was due on 12/31/24 for any business that has was for profit in the U.S. To keep up with the updates of this once mandatory form, go here for the latest information www.fincen.gov/boi . But as of this writing, it is not required. I will try and do a video or go live to explain what this form was.

Okay everyone. Part 2 to the Elderly Couple Evicted from their Long Time Home is finished and will be ready for listening. I had to listened to the other side of the story before applying it to estate planning. Just know that this could have all been prevented. Twenty years is a long time to be paying on a home that you plan on living out your last days in and this is sad.

This video is for anyone that has listened to folks still telling you that you can monetize rain water sounds or meditation sounds videos. YouTube has new guidelines so be careful and save your money to purchase towards another theme or save that cash for your future home buying purchase, business purchase or Budgeting plan. We can do this. Just stay focused.
