Order Secured for Xinran Oil-Free Piston Nitrogen Booster Project, Empowering Specialty Gas Boosting Applications

Shanghai Xinran Compressor recently finalized a contract for an oil-free piston nitrogen booster project. The system—featuring the XR-15.5/48 model oil-free piston nitrogen booster, a stainless steel gas storage tank, and comprehensive technical services—is designed to support domestic specialty gas boosting operations.


The XR-15.5/48 model utilizes a D-type, oil-free, air-cooled piston configuration and is designed for nitrogen gas. It delivers a standard flow rate of up to 4,000 Nm³/h, with an intake pressure of 0.4 MPa and a discharge pressure of 0.8 MPa. Powered by a high-output 160 kW motor and equipped with a Siemens PLC and Weintek display, the unit ensures fully automated operation. It also features multiple alarm and automatic shutdown protections—monitoring oil pressure, water pressure, and intake/discharge pressures—to guarantee stable and reliable performance.


The complete supply package encompasses the compressor unit, electric motor, skid-mounted base, cooling and lubrication system, gas piping, safety valves, electrical control cabinet, and a full set of factory technical documentation. Key components are sourced from leading domestic brands with proven track records, and manufacturing and testing are conducted in strict accordance with industry standards.


The project contract stipulates a delivery period of 45 calendar days following receipt of the down payment. The scope of delivery includes equipment commissioning and technical training for on-site operators and maintenance personnel. A comprehensive warranty system is provided, with a warranty period of 12 months from successful acceptance or 18 months from the date of delivery and sign-off, whichever occurs first.

This September, my boss and I traveled to Dubai and Saudi Arabia. Our primary goal was to observe the Middle Eastern greenhouse market and explore customer needs. For the first few days in Dubai, we attended a local vertical cultivation expo. Braving the scorching Dubai sun, we walked through the desert and met with several clients. Since our main client base was concentrated in Saudi Arabia, we traveled north to south, visiting all of Saudi Arabia's major cities, from Riyadh to Jeddah to Medina, constantly on the go. While the trip was arduous, it was incredibly rewarding.


Though I've returned to China, I still vividly dream of the scenery outside the car window and the vibrant lights of the local cities every night!

This is a 10-meter-wide test sample of a multi-span, cross-roof greenhouse with crossbeams and W-frames. The customer used 48mm-diameter arch rods with a 1.8mm-thick tube wall, which is sturdier than 1.5mm tubes. Due to international transportation restrictions on steel tube size, the top arch rods were cut into three sections, each fastened with two self-tapping screws. The top fastening design incorporates both screws and clamps. The crossbeams are also fastened using screws and square tubes.

Plants grown in a Venlo greenhouse generally grow all year round, because such a greenhouse is easier to control the temperature and install advanced temperature control and ventilation equipment; of course, it is also possible to upgrade to four-season planting in a #multispangreenhouse, but for ordinary planting needs, the upgrade may take a lot of time and money;

Hi guys, today we have 2 model of #greenhouse to share with you;
1. Multi-span tunnel greenhouse with gutters;
2. Single span Gothic #tunnelgreenhouse;

For the 1st model, the #multispangreenhouse, we are covering the 150 mic pe film for the roof and side wall, the side wall has insect net for ventilation as well, and inner we got the shading net, and exhaust fan with wet curtain for better inside ventilation.

For the 2nd model, the #gothicgreenhouse, which has side ventilation with manual film rolling and insect net, most of the people using the gothic roof for wind proof.
