As someone who puts customer reviews on his own website, it bothers me when I see something like this.
I worked with this editor for three videos. I wasn't super happy with the results, but they were nice enough to deal with. It just wasn't the right fit.

Then I see this!??? I shouldn't be surprised I guess, but still...come on man!

Design a functional kitchen can be challenging.
Here are 5 elements you should be paying attention to for the most functional kitchen.

1. Access-ability 👉🏻 this is your ability to easily access every cabinet in your kitchen. Be sure you understand how every part of your kitchen either works for you or against you.

2. Intentional Design 👉🏻 you and I require unique differences in our kitchen. Your kitchen design should reflect and solve your needs and issues. Be intentional!

3. Capacity 👉🏻 kitchen storage is at the top of most homeowners lists of wants. With a finite space like a kitchen, prioritizing capacity is essential. Hint, you may need to declutter first!

4. Flow 👉🏻 does your kitchen have movement? The flow between kitchen and non-kitchen tasks can effect a great layout. Understand how your kitchen interacts with the rest of your home.

5. Efficiency 👉🏻 your kitchen should reduce time and effort. You have better things to do than spend excess time doing kitchen tasks. Create a space with proper zones to increase efficienct.

Concentrate on these elements and you will be 99% ahead of most other homeowners in your efforts to create a functional space.

The "Perfect Kitchen" (for your needs) is found somewhere between your preferences and your limitations.

Preferences Limitations
- layout - room shape/size
- accessories - budget
- appliances - availability
- storage solutions - knowledge
- counter top material - time
- colors - priorities
- Custom or RTA
- island/peninsula
- backsplash

It's just a matter of finding the right balance and being intentional with the details.
