Circumvention Policy on YouTube needs to be removed.

Here's why:
Many many channels were falsely banned for Circumvention Policy despite not having any terminated channels in the past, the Circumvention Policy was very harsh and unforgiving. Circumvention Policy will also cause the handles to run out quickly than before. We deserve better. The Circumvention Policy is abused and broken so it must be removed. Same goes to AI Age Verification but the reason was privacy invasion
