Hi, welcome to my channel.
My name is Joyce Binitie. I am a 51+ year old chef, fitness enthusiast and lover of adventure. A mother to four adult children and I live in Abuja, Nigeria.
Cooking and creating recipes has always been one of my hobbies. As well as embarking on various adventure rides and keeping fit.
I will be taking you on a culinary , fitness and adventurous journey.
For my fitness journey, my programs are multiple dimensional. I combine strength training
yoga and cardio. This has really worked for me.
I run a restaurant here in Abuja known as Diva's kitchen 😎.
I also cater for events and I'm an insurance/ financial advisor.

What's the past tense of yawa gas?

The lies people tell themselves...
Way back then , before Ojodu Berger Market was demolished, there was this restaurant close to my shop that used to 'run things ' for some married ladies...

These ladies gave her the contract to cook soups for them in custard buckets and I kid you not, their husbands don't know they ain't the ones actually doing the cooking!!
This woman was really cashing out big time!!

These ladies would come to the market dressed like they were coming to shop, but na lie, all they come to do is pick up already cooked soups and stews for their odogwu.
And I used to wonder why the deceit? Tell the guy you can't cook and move on!!

Then yawa gas!!😁😁😁 I actually wanted to write the past tense of yawa gas since it's been a while..
So, I wrote yawa gassed 🤣🤣🤣
Abeg what's the past tense of yawa gas? 😳😅😅😅😅
Okay back to the story.. yawa gas and they demolished the market...Mama calaber gas relocate to another area!!

Hand don touch them!! Tell me, how dem go cope? Even if they choose to change customer, Oga must realize say the taste don change Abi?
Or he won't know the difference??😄😄😄😄

WHY CAKES SINKS IN THE MIDDLE?

There are several reasons why a cake may sink in the middle:

Overmixing the batter: When the batter is overmixed, it can create too much gluten, leading to a denser and heavier cake that sinks in the middle.

Using too much flour: If too much flour is added to the batter, it can create a dry and heavy cake that sinks in the middle.

Not using enough leavening agent: Leavening agents like baking powder and baking soda help the cake rise and become fluffy. If not enough is used, the cake may sink in the middle.

Not allowing the cake to cool properly: If the cake is removed from the oven too early or if it is not allowed to cool properly, it may sink in the middle as it continues to cook and deflate.

Opening the oven door too frequently: Every time the oven door is opened, the heat escapes and can cause the cake to sink in the middle.
