I’m hella late and totally forgot to share this with you guys over here but last year back in August I went to OBAP (Organization of Black Aerospace Professionals) my first aviation conference that I’ve been to! My pin is a head nod to Harriet Tubman and my hat is to honor Willa Brown Chappell, the first African American woman to earn a pilot’s license in the U.S. Bessie Colman had to fly to France to obtain hers. 🖤🧑🏾‍✈️ ✈️

⚠️ LIFE UPDATE ⚠️: I understand I went ghost and a lot of you all are wondering when I’m coming back and where I’ve been. Last year I’ve been reading up on African American literature/history books to better myself moving forward in the world. Through that venture I was able to look back into aviation again and actually follow through with it. Last year I passed my private pilot written exam while I was out of work for 6 months due to surgery on both of my arms. A couple of weeks ago I officially started flight training since I’ve somewhat healed up. I have a long ways to go, and but heres to a new journey!✈️ 🩵 Genin and I also got engaged last year on our 5 year anniversary in Hawaii! 🌺🏝️ While there WE ALSO RAN INTO MARIAH CAREY’S BROTHER MORGAN CAREY?!? 🤯 Now I’m back at work working on my private pilots license. So what does that mean for videos right?? Unfortunately work, studying and my flight lessons take up most of my time and money anymore so I’m unable to drop any videos at the moment! Once I’m a little more established and comfortable with my studies then I’ll drop an update video for you guys! It’ll still be awhile. I do have a few videos that I already shot and recorded last year before I left, but I haven’t had any time to edit them and maybe you all can get those before I drop my update video I’m not sure yet? 🤔 Anyways sorry for ghosting you all again, I’m just working on myself! 😎💚💚💚
