There's a lot happening in the world, but in the midst of all the confusion and chaos do you seek God's help in times of distress or do you seek help else where?

We should rejoice in times of distress because we have an anchor (God) who is the ultimate source from which our help come.

God is an ever present help in times of trouble[Psalm 46:1].

You may not understand his ways, but trust his presence in the midst of that confusion.

This was what moses and david understood, sometimes all you need is God's presence.
In the silence trust his presence, in the midst of opposition rely in his power, in conspiracies depend on his saving grace for it is by grace we have been saved through faith. [ Ephesians 2:8].

I don't know what the voice in your head may be telling you, or what the circumstances around you are look like, but all i can say to you is stand firm in the liberity in which christ jesus has set you free, hold fast to your confession of hope without weavering, taking up the shield of faith, sword of the spirit which is the word of God, the helmet of salavation, operating in the fruit of the spirits, building yourselves in your most holy faith, praying in tongues, and edifying your spirit man, securing your new identity in christ, taking off the old mindset, and put on the new image of the one who created you.

Do not go back to the things that God has delivered you from through Christ Jesus our Lord. Remember to be carnally minded is death, but to be spiritually minded is life and peace.[ Romans 8:6]

Patient in Affliction: Hard times shouldn't shock us, as Jesus Himself faced adversity and promised we would too. We find patience knowing He has already overcome the world.

Faithful in Prayer: The verse progresses naturally from hope to perseverance, and ultimately to prayer, which serves as our ultimate lifeline to connect with God.
