It’s my birthday!

So here are some records I’ve achieved before age 29

- I’ve made $1.2m+ online (just on stripe alone)

- hit £25,000 ($32k) in a day (stripe payout)

- bought a top spec Porsche and made it all back in less than 5 weeks

- hit multiple $10k+ days

- best month was $96k cash collected in a month ($105k revenue)

- Changed thousands of people’s lives directly and indirectly via my social media & programs

- made over $530k from just one digital product

Thank you to all of you for tuning into my journey along the way 🫶🏽

Ps - I still don’t own a Rolex or an Audemar 🤣

27 was the year I became a 7 figure man and my life will never be the same again, ever.

I proved to myself that I am a man capable of pulling in over $1,000,000 with nothing but my own mind, a laptop and an iPhone.

The craziest thing is, I still don’t even feel like I’m in 2nd gear.

I guess now that I’ve just turned 28 yesterday, it’s time to take this stuff seriously.

Funnily enough just the other day I put my name down on a brand new Porsche 911.

It was either that, a McLaren or a Lamborghini Huracan.

But I came to realise that would be way too Guru-ish for the gram and would attract the wrong type of attention.

So instead, I took half a million in liquid cash and put it aside for my 28th bday present so I can live off the rest.

I’m in this game for the long haul so I’m in no rush for my first supercar.

Although I can’t lie, I was CLOSE to pulling the trigger on the lambo 😂

That said, I just put together a free training for you guys to watch and I opened up a massive discount on my brand-new program for those that are trying to scale their businesses.

Build your own personal brand and by doing so you can scale your agency, coaching business, digital programs, courses and mentorship…. Or whatever you’re selling to serve humanity.

Just grab this link here: thepersonalbrandacademy.com/hp

Much love to you all and happy 28th to me ⚡️

Time to get serious.

At 22/23 I set myself the goal of making $1m dollars online before the age of 30.

I’m now 27 sat at JUST under $1.1m, only 5 years later (just on Stripe alone).

This means not only did I hit my goal, I hit it 3+ years ahead of schedule.

That said, my first 2 years in business were terrible because I didn’t understand leverage or building a brand for myself.

Instead, I focused too much on doing cold outreach and trying to force and chase clients to work with me which kept me in a perpetual cycle of broke.

It wasn’t until I realised that these online gurus were all using a strategy called the “paradox of practice” This involves them doing a completely different thing from what they preach.

Example: these guys are telling you to start an agency and do a bunch of call calls to sell over-saturated services whilst they simultaneously build themselves a brand online, run ads and sell digital products

The direct OPPOSITE thing you’re doing.

These guys are all getting rich through a business model I like to call ISB. Information Synthesizer Business.

You try to get outbound clients, they get inbound clients.

You sell services, they sell digital products.

You do cold outreach, they run ads or produce content

You scrape random leads they build a warm community

They build leverage, you build nothing.

Once you wake up and see past the flashy animations in their YouTube videos, you’ll start to see where the real money is being made and that’s through ISB.

ISB is simply taking scattered information and concepts, combining them, getting results for yourself through your own methods and then selling those same methods to help people who were once in your situation.

And it’s the most common path to making $1m-$10m online and for good reason

Example: I just came across a guy who makes just under $100k a month helping people overcome their addiction to alcohol

Another woman is making $17k a month from Dubai teaching people how to knit 🧶

And another dude on YouTube makes $350k a month helping men be more masculine

So stop selling boring, saturated services and build an ISB instead.

DM me "ISB" on IG and I'll send you a free guide on how you can start & scale:

Check out what happened today... 2 client/student wins!

Vinh closed his second coaching client in roughly 2 weeks and Adam got his 3rd in 2 weeks

Proof here: drive.google.com/drive/folders/1EgfA7DBpi2FAQaNVOU…

Just so you know, this is that same Adam guy who jumped into my program and wanted to do Facebook ads for hair transplant clinics but then switched to ISB and got his first 2 clients in 2 weeks via organic posting

Both of them came inbound to him from a brand new TikTok account with less than 500 followers and his first EVER client paid BEFORE they even had a sales call because they were so warm.

Talk about the power of personal branding... am I right?

Before that, he was trying to start an SMMA and got absolutely zero clients in 6 months.

He's since switched to ISB helping people flip their first cars on eBay and the Facebook marketplace and has closed 3 clients at £500 each all in 2 weeks of posting.

He's only just started running ads too and he landed his first client today from his first-ever ad!

This guy's literally made more than me in just 2 weeks than what I did from my agency in 16 entire months.

He's also made more from ISB in just 2 weeks than he ever has from SMMA, ever.

Man, I wish there was a damn program like mine when I first got started.

By the way, Adam is selling a 4-week, 1-1 coaching program where he jumps on 1 call per week with his clients and just walks them through what he knows about flipping cars.

He is far from being an "expert" and just 2 weeks ago he didn't even know what ISB was or what to post.

That said,

I've just launched a discount for the Personal Brand Academy program which teaches all of this and about 6 out of the 30 available spots just got taken in less than 22 minutes from just 5 Instagram stories

(again ANOTHER testament to WHY you MUST grow a personal brand)

The program originally will be $1,500 and then $99/mo for the community (when fully launched) but I started it at $597 + the $99/mo for the community

However, I'm doing a flash discount If you want to enrol today. (only 30 seats left)

For the first 30 people only you will receive lifetime access to BOTH Agency transmutation AND the personal brand academy for only $497 and there is NO monthly fee.

That's 2 full-fledged programs for only $497 USD flat.

No joke, like 6 spots were taken in 22 mins from 5 IG stories.

Here's the link to enrol: brandincubator.io/pba

See you on the inside

Just like that…

2023 has come and gone.

I hope you didn’t sit on the sidelines all year round like you did the previous year in 2022?

And if you did, I sure as hell hope you do NOT do the same again in 2024.

Because here’s the harsh truth...

If you’re not where you want to be with your business, it's all your fault.

There is no one else to blame but YOU.

Nope

It's not the government, it's not your wifi connection, it's not your accent or the way you speak, it's not where you’re from and it certainly is not because you have limited funds or a crappy camera.

Remember: there are people younger than you, dumber than you, less experienced than you, that started broker than you that are now making 10x-50x more than you

Simply because they decided enough is enough.

So my question to you is: When is enough, enough?

Are you really going to waste yet another year of your life dabbling around with trying to grow your personal brand, not making any progress like you did in 2023?

Or is it finally time to make a change and take this thing seriously in 2024?

Time waits for no man.

And you’re only going to get older, left behind and more miserable as time passes.

Because for the 3% of people that do take their personal brands seriously

Those are the people that are really going to win in 2024.

In fact, here’s my prediction for 2024 (feel free to fact-check me on this)

There are going to be all new gurus on YouTube in 2024 pushing all sorts of “new” business models down your throat, promising to help you make $10k a month in just a few short months with all these new, flashy business models such as;

AI agencies, SAAS agencies, Info-product growth agencies who knows maybe some idiot will come along and will sell you on the idea of starting a ‘VR agency’. SMH.

Chances are, you’ll probably buy it up too and fall into someone else audience again like you have been for the last 1-2 years.

(Hey… it happened to me. So no offense.)

But lemme ask you, what do all these people have in common?

Yep you guessed it, a personal brand.

Meaning, the MOST profitable business they run has been right underneath your nose this whole time.

How ironic.

Why else would your favourite guru spend eye-watering amounts of time creating free YouTube videos for you to watch?

I just find it funny how most people can not see it.

It's blindingly obvious.

That said, from what I've experienced myself FIRSTHAND

A personal brand can help you:

Sell more of your agency services and land high-ticket clients by setting high-quality calls on autopilot. (This is how I got my very first SMMA client)

Sell more ‘done with coaching’ in any niche (I just scaled a brand new consulting/coaching business to $73k in its first 32 days)

Or sell more of your digital products if that’s your thing. - I once made $10k in a week whilst on holiday, drunk, in Portugal, chilling with my friends at the Rolling Loud festival.

I’ve even seen personal brands help people sell other peoples’ stuff like affiliate links for Go High Level and clickfunnels.

The possibilities are endless because attention is the new currency.

Without it in 2024, the game is only going to get harder

Especially if you're relying on cold outreach

Look at how many A.I tools, cold email mass-sending tools and appointment-setting agencies came out in 2023…

It’s only going to get more and more saturated.

With that said,

The future is clear to me…

Why do you think I’m about to spend $4,265 on a new Sony camera, G master lens and new lighting?

The future is personal branding. It always has been. You’ve just never been told.

So I'm going to leave this free training up for a little while longer because it is more important than you think

So if you’re ready to drastically change your life, do yourself a favour and give it a solid watch.

Here’s the link: brandincubator.io/pba

May 2024 bring you and your family nothing but health, wealth, love, happiness and success beyond your wildest dreams.

It's going to be a good one for those who take action, I can feel it

Much love

It’s fully official.

I just checked my stripe account & PayPal account

And counted my first $1,000,000 online in my 20s

It only took 29-ish months

My life will honestly never be the same from this moment on.

I did it with no degrees, no fancy offices, no actual employees, no special skills, no huge following online, no business loans, never worked a job in my life so I literally had no experience.

I did it without chasing clients, I didn’t rely on cold outreach, I did it without ads (only started testing those in September)

All whilst being able to maintain 80-93% profit margins because my actual business expenses aren’t that high

And whilst documenting the WHOLE thing on my channel.

My advice is this: stop listening to the gurus and become your own guru (be authentic and legit though)

Grow your own audience

Go from the one subscribing to channels to the one who’s getting subscribers.

There’s a reason why Kylie Jenner is the youngest billionaire on the planet!

The actual key = personal branding

We live in a new era now.

Don’t get left behind trying to remain faceless on the internet.

Much love to all of those that have been following the journey ❤️

$73,291 in my first 32 days.

The best thing about it for me is how I’m able to wake up to not only me winning but my clients are winning too.

Seriously, some of their cost per lead metrics should be illegal 🤯

Do you know how hard it is to NOT be profitable if your cost per lead is $0.52?!

That said, I’m quickly closing in on that $100k per month hygiene standard.

So I celebrated by taking my whole family out to my favourite restaurant and dropped $600 on wagyu steaks, lobster tails and white wine to make up for all the times we couldn’t afford to fine-dine.

I’m also 102 days sober (the wine wasn’t for me) and since stopping my overall quality of life has vastly improved.

I recommend staying away from the ‘popping bottles’ lifestyle I fell for. - run ads instead lol no joke.

I’m finally starting to feel like I truly belong to the top 1% of men out there and it only took me 27 days to make back my £51k tax bill.

Stay on your purpose, stay focused and remember whatever the masses are doing, do the direct opposite.

Just scaled a brand new business from $0 to $61,791 in 27 days flat to prove it’s not luck!

I leveraged 1 IG ad and 8 YouTube videos to prove that doing cold outreach sucks and it’s a waste of time.

I don’t have hundreds of thousands of followers on social media and my average YouTube video gets only 800-1,200 ish views per video (terrible I know)

Fun fact: I have people in my Instagram DM’s right now with over 160,000 real followers on just IG alone, who are struggling to monetise their audience… proving it’s not about the amount of followers you have!

I’ve spent $1,852 on my ad and brought back 1,064 real IG followers that turned into inbound calls and clients resulting in $61k in revenue.

My team currently consists of a single video editor and me so my profit margins are way above 90%

If you don’t have a system that prints CASH like this, you’ll forever be stuck worrying about where your next client is coming from

Solution = use paid ads to buy quality meetings. It’s the most scalable method of growing

NEW RECORD: $37.8k in a single week!

Making 27th September to 4th October my official best week in business yet.

After all this time in business, there really aren’t any tricks, gimmicks or hacks that’ll get you rich quick.

As they say: “you have to take the stairs”. So stop looking for get rich quick.

But what I can say for sure is that attracting clients instead of chasing them is the way forward.

Pretty much every company everyone buys from has a brand and that brand is designed to pull in customers.

If you can take this same concept and apply it to a service based business, a coaching business or an agency you’ll get eye-wateringly rich.

And on top of that, if you can super charge it with simple ads that drive quality traffic to your top of funnel, you’ll go crystal CLEAR and have the utmost predictability over your income and thus your life…🔮

And the result of this is $37k weeks in business without even reaching out to anyone… like at all whilst knowing down to a T how much you need to spend to acquire 1 new client and then you just dump more money into ads!

Right now I’m working with my dream clients and life feels good. This is all I’ve ever wanted.

Ps - I can smell my first $100k month coming sooner than you think

Pps - Dubai’s zero tax rate is calling me, shall I pull the trigger?
