We are a Filipina-Indian couple from an 8year Long Distance Relationship who got married on May 2019.
February 8, 2021, we received our greatest blessing in the coming of our precious daughter, Mishka.
...from just a couple and now a FAMILY.❤️

Nakakatuwa kapag may nababasa ako na tinatawag niyo pa ring “baby Mishka” si Mishka and the Fil-Indian Family. Kasi hindi naman na siya baby— in less than 2 weeks, she’ll be 5.
But because you have seen her from the time she was born up to now, yun na ang nakasanayan niyo itawag sa kanya. That shows how much you have been in her life.
One day, I will make sure she will understand how much she is loved by you—her beloved virtual tita, tito, lolo, and lola. 🤍✨

Then and now. 🇮🇳❤️🇵🇭 You see small pieces of our friendship on the vlog, but behind the camera are years of stories, memories, and moments only we understand and hold close.

JayBhi's Life
It took me a while to post something about her and her wedding day—because every time I tried, I didn’t know where to begin. When I think of the things she has done for me, I go blank… not because there are none, but because there are so many—big, small, and deeply meaningful—ever since I came to India.
You’ve seen her in my vlogs, especially when I started vlogging in Bangalore. You’ve seen her presence on camera. But what you haven’t seen are the countless moments behind the camera—the moments that truly define who she is to me, to us, to our family. Maybe then you’d understand how big her place is in our lives.
She was one of those friends who picked me up at the airport the second time I came to India—to get married. She was the first friend here who knew about my pregnancy. She was there when Mishka was still so tiny. She carried Mishka when I went for my COVID shot. She was always there.
But most importantly, she believed in me. She encouraged me to keep vlogging when I doubted myself. Maybe I am where I am today in my vlogging journey because of her. She pushed me forward, celebrated every small milestone with me, and cheered when I reached my first few thousand subscribers on YouTube.
She is a big part of our life.
She is Mishka’s Indian tita—Tita Stella.
When I look back at all the years we’ve shared, it’s filled with laughter, joy, and beautiful memories. Like many of you, I prayed to see her get married and start her own family. And while my heart is overflowing with happiness for her, I’d be lying if I said there wasn’t also a little fear.
Here in India, marriage often changes a woman’s world. She becomes part of her husband’s family, his circle, his life. And sometimes, friendships slowly fade. Abhi once told me this, and it stayed with me. I was scared—what if our friendship wouldn’t be the same?
When I saw her walk down the aisle, smiling, glowing, and happy, I became emotional. Happy for her, yes—but also emotional at the thought that this beautiful chapter of our friendship might change.
She was never just a friend.
She was my Indian sister.
She was there when I started my life in India.
She was there when I started YouTube.
She was there when we discovered we were becoming parents.
She was there through the early days of motherhood.
She was there as Mishka grew.
She was always there.
So maybe it’s selfish of me—but on her wedding day, I didn’t just wish for her happiness. I also wished for us. For our friendship to remain, even after marriage.
Stellaaaa, thank you for the love, the support, and the friendship. I wish you a lifetime of happiness and love in this new chapter of your life. And I hope—no matter how life changes—that we remain friends forever.
You were never “just a friend.”
You are my sister. 🤍
