Alam n’yo ba na iba ang school system dito sa Patna, Bihar kumpara sa nakasanayan natin sa Pilipinas? 😊🇮🇳

Sa Pilipinas, pagkatapos ng graduation ay saka pa lang nagsisimula ang mahabang summer break. Pero dito, nagsisimula na agad ang bagong school year sa unang linggo ng April. May pasok sila ng April at May, tapos saka lang sila nagkakaroon ng summer break sa buong June dahil ito ang panahon na sobrang init dito sa North India.

Kaya ang araw na ito ang pagbabalik nila sa school pagkatapos ng summer break.

Ang totoo, nagsimula na ang klase ni Mishka noong April. Noong flight namin pauwi ng Pinas ay ang araw din ng moving up ceremony nila na hindi siya naka attend. A week after that start na naman ng bagong school year.

Kaya ayon, 2 months ang absent niya sa school na pinagpaalam naman namin sa administration.

Pagbalik dito sa India, ang dami ng dapat taposin na mga homework sa kanyang mga libro pero kayang kaya ng Mimi natin. 💪

Seven years ago, he traveled from India to the Philippines carrying more than just luggage. He carried a ring, a dream, and a heart full of nerves.

It was his first time meeting my family. The family he would soon ask permission from to marry me. He was nervous, scared, and unsure of how everything would go, but he came anyway. Love made him brave enough to cross countries and take that leap of faith.

This isn’t the exact place where he proposed. The proposal happened elsewhere, but after that special moment, we came here and took photos together. This place became part of our story, a reminder of the day our future began.

Today, seven years later, we returned—not as two people planning a life together, but as a family. The nervous young man who once came here hoping for a “yes” now stands beside me as my husband, and with us is our daughter, the beautiful blessing that came from that decision.

Coming back to this place feels different now. The people he was once nervous to meet are now family. The future we once imagined is now walking beside us, holding our hands.

Some places hold memories. This place holds the beginning of ours. ❤️

Seven years ago today, we received an email that changed our lives—we got monetized on YouTube. A few hours later, we stood in court and officially registered our marriage.

What started as two people building a life together also became a journey of creating, sharing, and growing together online.

I never started vlogging to chase fame or trends. I simply wanted to document my life in India — the culture, the adjustments, the beautiful chaos, and the little moments that made this journey special.

And when Mishka came into our lives, it slowly became a diary of her life too. From the moment we found out I was pregnant, every video became a memory preserved for her. One day, she’ll be able to look back and watch herself growing up, see how loved she was even before she was born, and relive moments that time would have otherwise taken away.

That, for me, is the most priceless gift. ❤️
