The last Total Eclipse we had over Arkansas on April 8th, 2024, has sparked a renewed interest in Astronomy. Research using the Hubble Telescope has noted that the Universe is expanding faster than the speed of light with millions of BIG BANGS taking place. Several space channels and NASA on YouTube have stories and documentaries about it now that we can see way out there. Another fascinating subject is the Black Holes that are gobbling up Galaxies like Candy! Light from those Galaxies cannot escape the Black Holes. So, we have birth of new Galaxies and the Death of them, if being swallowed up by a Black Hole is death. Who Knows. But evidence as we see it tells us that our Universe is alive and that our stars and galaxies live and die, and that they are in motion. Something is going on out there! Voyager 1 is our man-made probe that is the farthest from the earth. Voyager 1 is currently in the constellation of Ophiuchus at a distance of 25 billion KM from Earth. What a pity that it will take millions of years before it arrives somewhere cool. And bummer that it is not traveling anywhere near the speed of light, but even if it was, who will be around in 25 million years?
