There will be a new 5-star hotel next to the Lopesan Baobab Resort in Maspalomas, in the area that can be seen at minute 7:50 of the video I link below. Lopesan Touristik will make an investment of 61 million euros and will have an accommodation capacity of 1,200 places, with a total of 533 rooms. It has also given the green light to renovate the San Agustín Beach Club hotel and the Dolores apartment complex, located on Bonn Avenue in Playa del Inglés, to turn it into a five-star establishment with 56 rooms. https://youtu.be/ioELbVV9VsQ
