The more I use AI, the more convinced I am that strategy is becoming rare.

Everyone has access to the same tools now. Same models. Same prompts. Same outputs.
Yet results couldn’t be more different.

But AI doesn’t create direction - it executes whatever direction you give it.
So when there’s no clear thinking behind the work, AI just produces more noise which in easy terms we say hallucination.

We’re entering a phase where execution is cheap and clarity is rare.
Where knowing what to focus on beats doing more things.
Where the real advantage is judgment, not tools.

AI is powerful - but it can’t decide what actually matters.
That part is still on us.

In just two months, we ran 5 workshops, taught hundreds of students, and grew from a 5-member team to a 25-member company. Here are the core lessons this phase taught me:
