We introduced Mama Mustafa, a tribal elder, to artificial intelligence..

Last month we wrapped up the school year at Reactistan School (a free Girls' school in Balochistan) with our award ceremony, and it was a really special day for all of us. 🌟

Watching our students come on stage, receive their certificates, and speak with so much confidence was emotional. Some of them were holding a mic for the first time, some were getting their very first award — but every child looked proud, and that meant everything to us.

We are grateful to our teachers, parents, and everyone around the world who supports Reactistan School. Your kindness is what makes this place possible.

We’re seeking a creative and highly organized Video Editor (remote) to join our cross-cultural YouTube channel team. If you’re passionate about digital storytelling that bridges cultures and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you.

**Job Description:**
- Copying and organizing recorded footage properly
- Syncing footage, trimming footage segments, and putting together the sequences of the video
- Creating assembly, rough and final cuts of the long form content for our YouTube that align with the vision of our content
- Adding the right music, graphics, subtitles, and animations to enhance storytelling.
- Color correction and audio cleaning and leveling
- Creating shorter versions optimized for YouTube shorts, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.

*Requirements:*
- Experience of 3-5 years in editing non-fiction long form content for YouTube
- Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, with strong knowledge of video formats
- Strong sense of storytelling—knowing how to hook and retain an audience.
- Language fluency: English, Urdu. Working knowledge of other local language would be a plus
- Strong attention to detail
- Working knowledge of Aftereffects, Photoshop, Illustrator

**Working Conditions:**
- Full-time (10 AM to 6 PM Pakistani Time) Monday to Friday
- Location: Remote
