Yes, Gaddafi was a dictator. He was also a witness. Western leaders shook his hand, took his money, cooperated with his regime, and then bombed his country and removed him.
Libya has never recovered.
Was NATO really protecting civilians… or protecting power?
If NATO had not intervened, would Libya be better or worse today?
So many unanswered questions.
