I enjoyed seeing the list of javelin throwers for video analysis. I'm thinking about switching up the way an analysis is done. I'm super busy so a simple voice over analysis is the easiest. But... I don't think it would be as engaging for viewers unless I added some further demonstration of the concepts. Also, what do you think about doing an analysis and choosing one concept with a follow up drill or exercise? Thoughts? Thank you!
