Still working on the big automation tool for the channel.

Today, I finished yet another part of it: old to new video title / description format converter.
The tool has just been applied to the Undercover playlist ( www.youtube.com/playlist?list... ) and to a very old playlist I've uploaded during the period where I was manually converting videos to the new title format - hence that soundtrack got postponed almost to infinity. Expect it soon. (there are easter eggs in the Posts tab from that period pointing towards what it might be 😉)

If anything seems off in the title or description, let me know so I can correct.

Ever since the dislikes change, I mentioned I would, once in a while, provide screenshots from YT Studio to confirm the script's automated comments.
Well, here's the first such post.

On Mobile YT, you should be able to see the full 16:9 images.
To see full images on PC, right click the image -> Open in New Tab -> Edit the link's end:
- You should see something like "s640-c-fcrop64=1,37b80000c848ffff-rw-nd-v1". Remove everything after "s640" and change "640" to say something larger, like 1800.

After all these years, I finally managed to (party) bring accurate dislikes back to the channel.

Check the last (idk, maybe 100?) videos: you should see a pinned comment (hopefully it will remain so) stating the number of dislikes that video has. In the next few days, the rest of the videos should all get one such comment.

I am working on some automation scripts to make the channel's chores easier to do, so I have more time to do actual research, instead of modifying descriptions and titles for hundreds of videos.

In any case, YouTube removed the strike last Monday. It was created by their algorithm because it thought some (unlisted!) NFM video encouraged "Harassment & cyberbullying".

Losing 20+ subscribers in 8 hours is no mean feat, but this channel has just achieved that.
I guess I needed something to wake me up: there is a problem when uploading videos.

You, the subscribers, get bombarded with videos (185 is this case) in your subscription feed, and maybe with unwanted notifications too.
The solution, theoretically, is on my side: for each individual video, I can disable publishing in the subscription feed.
However, the solution also presents a recurring problem: the number of videos (185). Doing that manually for all of them is pure crime.

I guess I should have automated that process, but I didn't. And now I'm paying the price.

Sorry, to all of you bothered by this.
It's time for me to get to coding.

Regarding the NFS The Run playlist, do you prefer the soundtrack in *Career mode order* (as it is now), or a more *structured order* (i.e. same track types grouped together)?
Keep in mind that the licensed songs normally have no order and are played randomly, so that will mean most of them will be arranged alphabetically in the playlist.

The results of this poll will be evaluated in 2 weeks from the day of posting (17th of May - 31st of May) and will be applied to the playlist as soon as possible.
