It was God given opportunity to cure patient with PAN Urethral stricture.
He lost his vision after an accident 3 years back and developed stricture post catheterization during hospitalization.
He came crossing 3 states with lot of hope as he didn't want to be on SPC or Peineal Urethrostomy.
His will power was commendable as he told He has lost vision but not Hope to lead a normal life.
A challenging case indeed. May God Bless him.
