Welcome to my channel! In this video, I'm showing you how to make a super easy, healthy, and delicious Vegan Chia Seed Pudding. It’s the perfect snack, breakfast, or even a dessert! Full of healthy fats, fiber, and protein, this pudding is not only nutritious but also customizable with your favorite toppings.
Ingredients:
3 tbsp chia seeds
1 cup almond milk (or any plant-based milk)
1 tbsp maple syrup (or sweetener of choice)
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
A pinch of salt (optional)
Toppings (fresh fruits, nuts, granola, etc.)
Instructions:
Mix chia seeds, almond milk, maple syrup, vanilla, and salt in a jar or bowl.
Stir well and let it sit in the fridge for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
Give it a stir and check the consistency. Add more milk if needed.
Top with your favorite fruits, nuts, or granola and enjoy!
