20 years with one institution. 15 years of service. One identity shaped forever.
Not many people get to say this — and today, I do it with immense gratitude.

My journey with FAST–NUCES started back in 2006 when I joined the Peshawar Campus for BS Telecommunication Engineering on a fully funded Outreach Scholarship (OSP) worth PKR 1.3 million from the Ministry of IT. I graduated in 2010 with a CGPA of 3.67, carrying not just a degree, but confidence and purpose.

In February 2011, I returned home — this time to FAST Islamabad Campus — as a Lab Engineer. Over the next 13 years, I had the privilege to teach 20+ lab courses across departments:

Electrical Engineering (18+ labs) , CS (DLD & COAL) FSM (Data Structures & Business Applications)

Along the way, FAST once again invested in me by fully supporting my MS in Electrical Engineering, which I completed with a CGPA of 3.54 — another reminder that FAST truly empowers its faculty to grow.

In January 2024, I was promoted to Lecturer. Interestingly, I had competitive offers from other well-reputed universities — but I chose to stay. Why?
Because the work culture at FAST is unmatched. I have visited many top universities and interacted with brilliant faculty across Pakistan, but the culture of education, ownership, and merit at FAST is something I have never found elsewhere.

Everything I am today is by the Blessings of ALLAH (SWT) first — and then by FAST University, which reshaped my career and gave me an identity I will always be proud of.

In December 2023, I launched my YouTube channel to give back — sharing educational content, conducting podcasts, and interviewing FAST students, alumni, and industry experts to help students across Pakistan. FAST’s encouragement and support for this initiative means more to me than words can express.

Finally, heartfelt thanks to all my teachers, colleagues, seniors, students, friends, and family who supported me throughout this journey with their guidance, prayers, and trust.

FAST isn’t just a university — it’s home.
