I am an anxiety and stress fighter, a self-taught illustration artist, and a mom. I myself have a communication disorder, an adjustment disorder, and am an HSP (highly sensitive person). I would be happy if we could improve together.

The illustrations used in the music videos are my original artworks.

It's been over a year since I started creating doodle art.
Lately, perhaps thanks to the gentle spring weather, my mental state feels a bit more stable.
From now on, instead of focusing on quantity, I'll be sharing a short video every Monday with more care and intention.
Let's keep using doodle art as a way to care for our minds—gently, and at our own pace.🌹

Det er over et år siden, jeg begyndte at lave doodlekunst.
På det seneste, måske takket være det milde forårsvejr, har min mentale tilstand føles lidt mere stabil.
Fra nu af vil jeg i stedet for at fokusere på kvantitet dele en kort video hver mandag med mere omhu og intention. Lad os fortsætte med at bruge doodlekunst som en måde at passe på vores sind på – blidt og i vores eget tempo.🌹
