Sometimes, the dots are all there, you just don’t see the full picture yet.
When you’re deep in the day-to-day of your business, it’s easy to miss opportunities hiding in plain sight. You’re focused on execution, but what if the real unlock isn’t doing more, but seeing more?
This is where a creative perspective comes in. A fresh set of eyes can help you connect ideas you didn’t realize could work together.
This is important in branding, marketing, or storytelling.
Some of the best breakthroughs come from stepping back and seeing the bigger picture.
What dots are waiting to be connected in your business?
In business, storytelling isn’t just about entertainment, it’s about connection.
People don’t buy products; they buy into the story behind them. A well-told story builds trust, clarifies your message, and makes your brand unforgettable.
Here’s why storytelling is a game-changer in business:
1.Stories Make Information Stick People remember stories 22 times more than facts alone. If you want your brand message to last, wrap it in a story. (Research by Dr. Jennifer Aaker from Stanford Business School)
2.Stories Build Emotional Connections Decisions aren’t just logical—they’re emotional. A great story taps into feelings, making your audience care about your brand.
3.Stories Differentiate Your Business Anyone can list features and benefits. But your unique journey, values, and mission set you apart from the competition.
So what's my story?
Like many children, I was creative and loved to draw.
As I grew, I wanted to use this skill that I'd been developing for years. But, like many artists, I heard that art is not a smart pursuit for a career.
"You're going to end up as a starving artist!'"
So, with the support of my parents and a stubborn intuition, I aimed my sights on animation.
I saw animation as being a more versatile medium that's used in a variety of industries, like medical, architecture, and even military.
I figured, "I'll find a job somewhere."
I caught my first break after college as a freelance animator. I got to work on a huge variety of projects that involved storyboarding, hand drawn animation, motion graphics, 3d animation, and developing virtual reality training.
There have been many other steps along the way, but now to present day.
I'm grateful for the chances people have given me along the way. My goal now is to leverage these skills I've developed to be more impactful and to help other entrepreneurs and artists like myself grow.
To meet this goal, I have a lot more to learn and a lot more to do.
💡 Takeaway: If you want people to listen, tell a story. If you want them to remember, make it meaningful.

Animation isn’t the answer to everything.
Sometimes, a simple video, strong copy, or refined messaging is what really moves the needle.
That’s why my process starts with strategy—not assumptions.
Good creative isn’t just about making things—it’s about making the right things.

Before creating anything, I start with strategy.
I ask:
What’s the real problem?
What’s the goal?
Many businesses think they need a video, a logo, or a rebrand—but why?
Without clarity, visuals are just noise.
The best creative solutions come from asking the right questions first.

Your prospects don't know your business as well as you do.
3 ways animation can help:
1. Breaking concepts into visual steps (great for tutorials & explainer videos).
2. Using motion to show how things work (instead of just describing them).
3. Removing distractions & focusing attention on key info.
If your message is hard to explain, animate it - visuals simplify what words complicate.

Trying to figure out who you are and what motivates you isn't easy.
But that just means it's worth figuring out.

What could be more important than figuring out what drives us?
For me, it’s about creating opportunities for other artists & entrepreneurs to grow.
I want to pass on what I’ve been fortunate to receive.
By honing my craft, expanding creativity & learning business, I can create real impact.
What drives you?
