This happened to Sam and Denice.

They ran a landscaping business. Sinabi ni Sam sa team, "Use local stone sa pathway. Mas affordable and mas natural ang look."

Kinabukasan, pagdating ni Denice sa site, sabi niya sa team, "No, use imported tiles. Mas premium."

Sabi ng team leader, "Pero Ma'am, sinabi na po ni Sir na local stone."

"Basta sundin ninyo ako."

When Sam found out, binaliktad ulit ang order. One week ang nasayang, may cancellation fees pa, at nagreklamo ang client dahil sa delay.

Dito napansin nina Sam at Denice: hindi na sipag ang kulang sa kanilang negosyo. Ang kulang, malinaw na proseso kung paano sila magdedesisyon bago pa umabot sa team.

For seven years, they ran the dental clinic together. Pero si Isabel ang laging unang dumarating at huling umaalis—7 AM to 9 PM, siya ang nakaalalay sa staff at patients. Si Obet naman, hapon na pumapasok.

Pero kapag may nagtanong tungkol sa clinic, ang sagot ni Obet, “Our clinic is doing well. We’re both working hard.”

Until one night, napuno na si Isabel.

“Obet, pagod na pagod na ako. Ikaw, parang bakasyon lang ang araw-araw mo.”
