@KLM ‘s Cityhopper services depart 4 times a day from @leedsbradfordairport to @schiphol - offering a comfier 2+2 seating layout and flexible departures for day trips, weekends away and even intercontinental connections to the majority of the world!
They could slice 30000 steaks in a minute, however the cows tend to damage the turbines. So they’re used to power Airbus A350 planes, instead. #aviation#airbus#rollsroyce#aviationhumor
Here we have Hewenden Viaduct. (Pron. He-ew-en-den) It is a magnificent Victorian, stone bridge located near Bingley, West Yorkshire, UK. It stands 530m across and 40m above a valley on the now disused Queensbury Line which once carried trains to Keighley and Halifax!
The line first opened in 1882, and was busy until the 1960’s when more people started travelling by their own motorcars. The route was suffering financial losses and finally closed in 1963.
You can now walk over the viaduct, and along much of the railways former route, just be mindful, as there are people living in private farms nearby… this is a peaceful location, but well worth a walk for the detailed history posted along the footpaths.
This lovely little fella, managed to sit for five minutes with him and his lady friend just grazing away. The secret to keeping a deer around is to make slow, quiet movements. Bow your head if they bow to you, and don’t approach them directly - they will come to you!
That time @leedsbradfordairport used my video for promo in 2023. I really can’t thank them enough, and hope to see them soon for more adventures, afar!
