π *Apne Ramadan ka ikhtitam istighfar ke saath kariye*
*Mere pyare bhai aur behen,*
Jab Ramadan ke safhe band hone lagte hain aur us ki raaten ek mehmaan ki tarah rukhsat hoti hain, to apna aakhri amal ghaflat na banaiye, balki use tauba, tootay hue dil aur Allah ki taraf rujoo banaiye. Nek aamaal ka khatima kya hai agar istighfar nahi? Ibadat ka taj kya hai agar mehnat ke baad ajzi nahi?
Ghaur kariye, Allah Taβala ne apne bandon ko azeem aamaal ka hukm dene ke baad unhein apne aamaal par fakhr karne ka hukm nahi diya, balki apni maghfirat talab karne ka hukm diya. Allah Taβala farmata hai:
β *Phir wahaan se wapas aao jahan se sab log wapas aate hain aur Allah se maghfirat talab karo. Beshak Allah bakhshne wala, meherban hai.*β (Al-Baqarah 2:199)
Aur farmaya:
β *Phir jab tum apne Hajj ke aamaal mukammal kar lo, to Allah ko yaad karo jaise tum apne baap dada ko yaad karte ho, balkeh us se bhi zyada.*β (Al-Baqarah 2:200)
Aur nek logon ki sifat bayan karte hue farmaya:
β *Woh raat ko kam hi sote the. Aur subah se pehle ke waqt mein Allah se maghfirat talab karte the.*β (Adh-Dhariyat 51:17β18)
Aur jab Allah ki madad aur fatah aati hai, to humein kya hukm diya gaya?
β *To apne Rabb ki tasbeeh aur hamd bayan karo aur us se maghfirat talab karo. Beshak woh tauba qubool karne wala hai.*β (An-Nasr 110:3)
Aur Tawheed jaise azeem haq ke saath bhi Allah ne apne Nabi ο·Ί ko farmaya:
β *Jaan lo ke Allah ke siwa koi mabood bar-haq nahi, aur apne gunaah ki maghfirat talab karo, aur momin mardon aur auraton ke liye bhi.*β (Muhammad 47:19)
To dekhiye, Hajj ke baad, qiyam ke baad, fatah ke baad, hatta ke Tawheed ke baad bhi istighfar hai. Goya hamare aamaal chahe kitne hi bade kyun na lagte hon, un mein kami aur nuqs ki wajah se humein phir bhi maghfirat ki zarurat hai.
Is liye apne Ramadan ka khatima fakhr ke saath nahi, balki aansuon ke saath kariye. Apne rozon aur namazon par bharosa na kariye, balki yeh khauf rakhiye ke kahin yeh qubool na hue hon. Aur wohi alfaaz kahiye jo Ibrahim aur Ismaβil ne Kaβbah banate hue kahe:
β *Aey hamare Rabb, hum se qubool farma. Beshak Tu hi sunne wala, jaanne wala hai.*β (Al-Baqarah 2:127)
Asal museebat yeh nahi ke Ramadan khatam ho gaya, balki yeh hai ke woh is haal mein khatam ho ke hamare gunaah baqi reh gaye aur hamare dil nahi badle.
Is liye jaldi kariye, darwaza band hone se pehle, aur apne aakhir ko istighfar se bhar dijiye. Shayad aakhir mein ki gayi ek sachchi koshish poore mahine ki kami ko poora kar de, aur shayad ek sachchi tauba aap ko un logon mein shamil kar de jinhein qubool kiya gaya aur Jahannam se azad kar diya gaya.
Aur Allah itna kareem hai ke woh apne darwaze par aane wale bande ko aakhri lamhon mein bhi khali nahi lautata. π€²

π *Seal your Ramadan with seeking forgiveness*
*My dear brother and sister,*
As the pages of Ramadan begin to close and its nights depart like a fleeting guest, do not let your final act be heedlessness, rather let it be repentance, brokenness, and a heart returning to Allah. For what is the seal of righteous deeds if not seeking forgiveness? What is the crown of worship if not humility after striving?
Reflect, after commanding His servants with the greatest acts of worship, Allah did not command them to admire their deeds, nor to rely upon them, but rather to seek His forgiveness. Allah, the Most High, said:
β *Then depart from the place whence all the people depart and ask Allah for His forgiveness. Truly, Allah is Oft-Forgiving, Most-Merciful.*β (Al-Baqarah 2:199)
And He said:
β *Then when you have accomplished your rites of Hajj, remember Allah as you remember your forefathers or with far more remembrance.*β (Al-Baqarah 2:200)
And from the description of the righteous:
β *They used to sleep but little by night. And in the hours before dawn, they were asking Allah for forgiveness.*β (Adh-Dhariyat 51:17β18)
And when the victory of Allah comes:
β *So glorify the praises of your Lord and ask His forgiveness. Verily, He is the One Who accepts repentance and forgives.*β (An-Nasr 110:3)
And even with Tawheed, Allah commanded His Messenger ο·Ί:
β *So know that none has the right to be worshipped but Allah, and ask forgiveness for your sin, and for the believing men and women.*β (Muhammad 47:19)
So look, after Hajj, after night prayer, after victory, even after Tawheed, there is istighfar. As though all our deeds, no matter how great, still need forgiveness for their shortcomings.
So conclude your Ramadan not with pride, but with tears. Not relying upon your fasting and prayer, but fearing that they may not be accepted. Say as Ibrahim and Ismaβil said:
β *Our Lord, accept this from us. Indeed, You are the All-Hearer, the All-Knower.*β (Al-Baqarah 2:127)
For the true calamity is not that Ramadan has ended, but that it ended while our sins remain and our hearts remain unchanged.
So hasten before the door closes and fill your ending with istighfar. Perhaps a sincere effort at the end will rectify a month of shortcomings, and perhaps a moment of true repentance will raise you among those accepted and free you from the Hellfire.
And Allah is more generous than to turn away a servant who knocks at His door in the final moments. π€²
