Emotional neglect isn’t just the absence of kind words.
It’s growing up in an environment where your feelings were invisible.
Where crying was called “drama.”
Where asking for comfort was “being too much.”
Where you learned to silence your emotions… just to not be a burden.
Often, we inherit this from mothers and grandmothers who were never cared for either.
They survived.
Married for safety, not for love.
And unknowingly… passed on that same emptiness disguised as strength.
Today, you might be repeating the same.
Choosing relationships that seem secure,
but leave your heart silently screaming inside.
But now… you know.
And knowing is the first step to breaking the cycle.
You deserve a love that sees you.
That hears you.
That holds you — with soul and presence.
Enough surviving.
It’s time to feel, to live, and to love — for real.

Negligência emocional não é só ausência de palavras doces.
É crescer num ambiente onde as tuas emoções eram invisíveis.
Onde chorar era “drama”.
Onde pedir colo era “fraqueza”.
Onde aprendeste a calar o que sentias… para não incomodar.
Muitas vezes, herdamos isso de mães e avós que também não foram cuidadas.
Elas sobreviveram.
Casaram-se por segurança, não por amor.
E sem saber… passaram adiante esse vazio disfarçado de força.
Hoje, talvez estejas a repetir o mesmo.
A escolher relações que parecem estáveis,
mas que deixam o teu coração a gritar por dentro.
Mas agora sabes.
E saber é o primeiro passo para romper o ciclo.
Tu mereces um amor que te veja.
Que te ouça.
Que te abrace — com alma e presença.
Chega de sobreviver.
