Just dropped a new song today. No metal with this one, just vibes. Check out "i didn't think you could destroy me" here on Youtube, or basically any other streaming service.
Making a text post on YouTube kinda feels like speaking into the void so I’ll use that to my advantage: I’ve been feeling a lot of negative things lately and typically whatever I feel translates into whatever music I focus on. Lately, I’ve been working on a couple of atypical covers; songs that deal with love and heartbreak and translating them into my style as a means to deal with emotional strife. I’m currently working on a cover of Novo Amor’s “Anchor” and A Flock of Seagull’s “Space Age Love Song”; and they’re far from anything I typically post here. If you’re reading this, just know I sincerely appreciate you. Even if I don’t know who you are, the fact that you took the time to read this; whether it be from boredom, genuine curiosity or anything in between: I sincerely appreciate you. You’re what keeps me going here. So, thank you.
In celebration of nearing 1,000 subscribers, I am officially releasing "solus" (AKA my playthrough of "i physically can not stop writing djent") as a single, available November 21st. This video has garnered me by far, the most subscribers I've ever received on a video and I'm so thankful for the support and feedback it has received. You can grab it on Bandcamp right now, or wait for streaming services to pick it up on the 21st. Thanks to everyone who has shown their support thus far. You have truly renewed my desire to continue creating music.
My second single to be released, "the crashing of a thousand waves", drops everywhere next Friday, March 22nd. This song embraces the modern metal genre with pummeling riffs and soaring guitar solos. If you've enjoyed what I've posted until now, I guarantee you're gonna like this one. Be sure to check it out when it drops and thank you for all the support you've given me. Love you!
