Help Missy in Her Time of Need
Dear friends and community,
I am reaching out to ask for your support for Missy, who recently suffered a stroke late in the night on April 24th. The stroke was caused by high blood pressure leading to a blood clot in the carotid main artery in her neck, which resulted in a tear and ultimately caused the stroke. As a result, Missy has lost feeling and is partially paralyzed on the left side of her body.
Missy was hospitalized for three weeks and is now undergoing physical and speech therapy 2 to 3 times a week. She is a single mom who had a full-time job at Drive Hubler on 31 Greenwood In, but she is now disabled and unable to work. Despite her situation, she still has rent and utilities to pay.
We are helping Missy to get assistance, but it will take some time. In the meantime, we are asking for donations to help her cover her expenses until her assistance comes through.
